Freezer Prep; Whole Pork Loin

Today I'm doing some freezer prep of a whole pork loin, I want to get 5 meals for our family out of one pork loin. I ended up prepping a butterflied roast filled with fig jam, onions, garlic and thyme, brined pork chops, char sui marinade on small pieces of pork to be used in a stir fried rice, sliced pork in a simple soy, honey and Chinese wine marinade and lastly larger pork chunks in a tomatillo chile verde sauce to be used for burritos.
