What you've shared will help me to keep " nutty professor " on the back burner until she's needed. Do you find that the need to explain/ educate comes from seeing "nail trauma" and trying to reassure the client that they've found the right tech?
This is such an important topic to discuss. I only just realized recently that most people who ask for thin don't really mean thin.... they mean just not bulky looking or thick on the edge.
