Incredible video that describes what a Porsche 911 is and could not be said any better. I visited the factory and museum in Germany in 1981. Truly one of my most memorable experiences. When I got back home to San Diego I bought one. The most pure sports car ever built.
One of the best Porsche story video I have ever seen! The editing skill and the color grading just feel like a fresh and tasty pour over in the early morning! Thanks for the work!
I've been waiting so long for this to drop. Fantastic short documentary! The cinematography was perfect! keep doing what you're doing and I can't wait for more.
Excellent build and story, I’m finally in the market for my first 911 . I’m 64 and it’s always been my dream to own one. After all the years of kids College etc. I will own my dream , it won’t be new but it will be appreciated. Thank u for your story.
What a wonderful story of man and machine. Thank you for sharing this with everyone and thank you Trevor for wanting to hold the wrench. Long live the desire to drive! And the desire to drive a Porsche 911, a car like no other, thanks again for the great film and share!
People like you, Men, Women, Children keep this passion alive. This passion in which those artworks come to life and create a community which is bigger and stronger than the modern car company will ever be...
MAN!!! those last shots blew me away, such an unexpected shift in rythm and energy, absolutely loved it! that low angle wheel shot is simply stunning. beautifully done, bravo!
Beautiful car! I am the same, wanted a Porsche 911 since I was little. I absolutely loved mine and it broke my heart when I had to sell it a couple of months ago. I will definitely be getting another.
had to watch it twice because of the fantastic stroytelling. what a brilliant demonstration of love for Porsches and cinematography, as well as dedication to craftsmanship, well done !
Wonderful way to start the day. Watching this almost brought tears, but when Trevor stopped and fired his RZ67, that's when the howling began! 🙂Back in the day I had a pristine 964 C4 and would take it for long drives and shoot it with one of my beautiful old MF/LF cameras too. I still have the beautiful cameras but alas, the Porsche moved on when the kids arrived. (I'm a bit of a coffee purist too...). I think I'd enjoy a conversation with Trevor. Thank you for this wonderful nostalgic ride. A lot of work went into making this beautiful vid and it's much appreciated. Warm regards from Sydney - Dave
Thank you so much for your kind words Dave! I am so glad it brought back memories for you and that you could appreciate the 911, camera, and coffee! The 964 is a gorgeous car, too bad you had to part ways with it!
Absolutely an amazing video.. love your 911.. I have a 65-66/912.. "she ain't perfect" but I love driving her to my local coffee shop.. amazing 911.. be well..
I love the video as well! Ever since I was visiting a family in Germany in 1976 and we were on the autobahn going 80 in a small BMW. A Porsche Turbo with the whales tail passed us like we were sitting still. Ever since it’s been my dream car. Love the character of the older 911‘s. If I had all the money in the world I wouldn’t buy a modern supercar I would buy a classic Porsche 911
Wow seeing a classic 911 fly by on the autobahn would be incredible! and I agree, if I had enough money, I would way rather restore a 911 than buy a new supercar.
Super rad video! I'm doing the exact same thing to my 78 911sc over on the island in Victoria. Grand Prix white. engine out and complete makeover... learning as I go. im 2 months away from being finished .. cannot wait to drive my back and forth to Whistler with some skis on it haha. Thanks for sharing.
Great video! I relate to this on a spiritual level lol The 911 has always been my favorite car at any car show I go to. I’ve recently bought myself a 1982 911SC a few months ago. Let’s hope crafting my 911 to my liking doesn’t take me 7 years as well 😅
Cool video and you nailed it in the beginning. Passion! Also, nice camera.... ;-) Same here, started loving Porsche's in the early 70's when I was a kid. Bought my first one in the late 90's and the passion continues with my 991.2 Turbo. Love your car man!
From one new car channel to another. Great video Mitchell and I totally agree with your love of 911’s and coffee. Congratulations let’s both keep it going. Erwin
I don’t think they were making 911 Hot Wheels yet when I fell in love with their shape. It was either my brother’s Autoweeks or Steve McQueen in the opening scenes of ‘LeMans’. However it happened, I immediately forgot about ‘40 Fords, 57 Chevys and Vettes! Can’t wait to have my first drive. Thanks for the inspiration!
Love the story telling and cinematic presentation. Absolutely inspirational for me being a coffee enthusiast and hopefully one day a Porsche owner. Thanks for making this video!
So glad it resonated with you! And let me see, all the songs are from Artlist.io. Was there a song in particular you wanted to know? I used a few songs
Beautifully shot film sir, watched it many times and gets better with each view. Question, what make is the coffee machine and can you share a link / detail?
Very nice video. You carry the essence of owning and driving a Porsche very well, but I would like to suggest (at the 2.40 mark) the the tach be at 5000+ rpm as opposed to 2500. Otherwise, very enjoyable.

Wow 1981 must seem like a lifetime ago , I was there before Covid & saw the new museum . Do still have the Porsche ? 👍

Love your story, as I'm wrenching my own. A 1970 911e, that I just fired up for the 1st time a few days ago. I'm still Smiling from ear to ear.
Trevor did a great job with the car! And thats very exciting, Happy you get to experience working on and driving a 911 of your own.

From the car, to the coffee methods, to the RZ67, I have to say I truly appreciate your appreciation for the analogue process.
Im so glad you enjoyed! I think the analog process is incredible.
@@mitchellcookk agreed. Love the way you encapsulated it with this video. Fantastic cinematography as well🤌🏻😮💨
Completely get it, something special about building the car yourself , becomes a real part of you. Beautiful build
