I agree. Going back to his LA visit 11 years ago to Singer. I remember thinking $350-$500k was nuts. Now, that's a bargain for a bespoke car of this nature.
That is perfect, 12 year old me would have a poster of that on my bedroom wall, and 40 years later the poster would be on my Workshop wall, absolutely love it, perfect colour I would have too. Fantastic job. 🥳
Have been lucky enough to drive a number of No1 prototypes,it’s a brilliant feeling so can understand the smiles from Chris and his colleagues… a it looks amazing as well!

"Daniel, from Mahle" the German motorsports parts company. They make the forged pistons for the engine. He's got that sterotypically emotionless face, that one would expect from a German Engineer (assuming he is in fact German, of course...)
Chris is a Petrol head after my own heart. I love seeing how in to this stuff he is. Im living vicariously through him sine i will probably never get to drive my Singer dream car. If money was no object their isnt another car in the world Id pick over a singer 911
Even though the man can probably buy something nice himself, I'm 100% on board and implore Singer themselves to hook Chris up with his own Singer...no matter which "Study" it is.... just gift this man a car....or me, I'll never afford a used Porsche, but I'd be happy to see Chris with a legit surprise Singer built for him 👌🏻
That rear end is absolutely fantastic, imo. Definitely gives off the vibes of "Resto-mod Supercar". Light signature vibe of the rear end matches the shape's vibe, as well.
Personally speaking I'm not a big fan of the rear end (trying too hard), but that's just me. Sounds great and clearly being engineered to drive brilliantly. I can't wait to see Mr Harris driving the properly tweaked version with nobody needing to be in the passenger seat! Rear end would stop me buying one.
OMG - where do I sign!? Chris's spec would be my spec. Saw them at FOS '24. The Singer stand cars were just beautiful. Could not take my eyes off the light green one! I think the price was 1.2 million bucks at the time (??) Worth every penny in my humble opinion.
Please may I review a Singer, any Singer I'm not picky. Can leave family members as a deposit. Love this and that 930 turbo recreation is something else.
I trust this video is another Neil Carey special, it's lovely. Now isn't it a pity there was no banter like in XP7 with Chris Goodwin. "Sharon Stone" anyone ? 😁
Now that Clarkson, Hammond and May are gone it's Chris's time . I respect him the most because he knows what a great car is and understands what makes it great.
Maybe that's just because they know him too well! Let's see... It's early morning; it's an "icy early morning" and Chris is standing around grinning. Of course there's no reason for the "Boss" to be nervous! 😂🤣
This car along with new Gunther werks turbo car which has 700hp. I assume this car will have about the same. Hope in future there is a head to head comparison test

Chris Harris + Singer = motoring perfection

You have GOT to give us more than 6 minutes of this

What a great nostalgic move from singer to work with Chris .. smart
It's not nostalgic. He's been working for Singer for many years.
@@2pini18 He's not "working for singer". He owns a portion of singer.
I will neva miss a video when there is Chris Harris in it It definitely a moment of a lifetime 🇿🇦
So Dario is driving test T50s for Gordon Murray and Marino is driving for Singer. What a family.
Wait, they're brothers?
Imagine the Christmas lunch conversation
His cousin is Paul di Resta too
Saves me writing this exact comment 😂
And Marino gets access to his wife’s dad’s collection. Shine on!,
The car looks fantastic (evocation on the 935). Can’t imagine what it’ll be capable of ! Well done Singer 👍😎
That rear track width is just nuts!
From the back, that Porsche looks like its gonna poop out another Porsche.
Lol can't unsee it
@@savi_svai 6:11 😂
Porsche has historically done the same with several of their pure racing models.
4:21 the stoic face of a true engineer
He's thinking of how to start the email to his boss if CH bins it....
He is totally unimpressed with Chris Harris. Understandably.

Chris rocking the Isle of Man shirt. A man of culture.
The 930 was and is ICONIC .. To be made in 2024’ makes it imaginative and amazing ! Can’t wait to it develop .. woohoo !
If ever I found myself fortunate enough to have a bottomless pit that there is my perfect choice. Stunning.
This channel won't be long in hitting 1million subscribers. Singer's are works of art. Thanks for all the hard work
Nice Mountain Course TT sweatshirt! I bought the very same and a matching T as well. NOTHING like going to the Isle of Man!!!
4:05 Those fenders from this viewpoint are amazing!!
I'm a simple guy, I see Chris Harris and a Singer, I hit like.
You are so simple that you couldn't think of an original comment.

I’m here because of Chris, good luck singer gonna follow your channel and see how this turns out.
Best thing about this video is Chris's jumper highlighting proper excitement rather than a shopping cart ❤
Singer are the best at what they do. Most desirable cars on the planet. I want one!
This is a slick video... Very nice. More please ☺️
So nice to see Chris once again doing what Chris does best!
Keep em coming Chris! Great stuff!
Singer, RUF, man Porsche could actually be the Ultimate Driving Machine
Looks like it was -30 there. That jacket 😅. But again a nice video thanks Chris !
Who was Mr Happy sitting next to Chris on the test drive? He looks like a right laugh
Thats Daniel lol

Us Daniel's usually need a pint or two to loosen up.
I am speechless.
Did his face offend you Karen?
I am so well behind the curve, butt, holy hely hell! This is amazing
! I want to enjoy this for myself holy hell !
looks amazing from behind just like my 1975 Scalextric evo version
Man, those Franchitti brothers really snag themselves some great gigs.

I heard Nakai was shouting 'too wide' when he saw it
The best comment eva
From the rear, you can see how the 959 rear came about.
Just glorious
That rear end is absolutely fantastic, imo. Definitely gives off the vibes of "Resto-mod Supercar". Light signature vibe of the rear end matches the shape's vibe, as well.
I wish this.... if i could have only experienced this for myself!😮
Great video but sheesh Chris how cold is it over there? Looks like you're about to climb Mt. Everest with that jacket!

Well the rear end and the money :)
Oh come on! Just say it! It’s UGLY!
@@lukedermott1589 Nyet. Rear end is fine.
That rear end is historically inspired. It is trying to look authentic.
I love the overly wide rear end, reminds me of the old 911 RSR 2,1 turbo.
I do like driving at millbrook on the alpine track... and what a car to do it in
"Light blue with a white interior please"......I'm already scheduled to sell my liver by Nov😂😂😂!!!
Absolutely stunning piece of kit! ❤👊
That boy Chris can drive the wheels off any car always exciting to see him push a car to the limits
Nice sweater, Mr. Harris! 🇮🇲🏍️💨
Cheers to Singer and Chris, you both are lucky to know each other 👍💪✌
I need an hour long video from the next day please
Can't wait for these to start coming up for sale over the next two years.

What a car! who better to drive it than Chris, one of the best car reviewers in the world.
I am in love with those wheels.
John!! WOW! #monstermaker
Chris - thank you for bringing this marvel to share with us. TYTYTY, TYVVVM! #vroom
your passenger chris seemed to enjoy it !!!
Chris Harris is back. I’ve missed your videos. ❤
Looks like a Murcielago footprint. Like an arrow, wider in the back then the front. Looks cool....
Respect for the TT sweater!
It looks a bit like a beast.🏎🚔
What a stunning car. Love the cues from yore.
Good Lord, what a car. Imagine this thing with a nice Martini livery draped all over the bulging bodywork.
Mmmmmmmmmmm... Yeah... ❤️😍❤️😋❤️🤤❤️
Such a beautiful car. Even more beautiful engine.

Anything Singer - Yes
imagine letting John loose in this thing 💀
You have a great mate in Marino and his insurance 😅
Some say, one can hear the tires screaming in fear in knowing that Chris the Tire Slayer Harris was coming for a drive.
Singer now makes a car sound and operate just as epic as listening to The Wall the first time in it's entirety. Bravo!
Last event I did for Nissan at Millbrook I was in a electric van event, cant imagine the alpine circuit in that car in the frost, must be hairy..
Absolutely incredible.
What is the white cylindrical object on the left rear quarter just behind the tire?
That Scottish accent is mint. They all sound like Andy Murray lol
They didn’t trust Chris so put that bundle of fun in the car with him
Those vents on the rear of the front wheel arches...woof. Nevermind that rear end.
Just saw the name Chris Harris, had to click. As good as it gets.
The Franchitti brothers are some lucky blokes. First Dario with GMA motorsports and now Marino with Singer.
Personally i think the rear is genius 👌…the rest looks mega as well.
it does look like a normal Porsche drove into a color matched stack of boxes... but in a good way
Nobody like Chris. “Hello, you good? K, show me the car!”
I mean a 'Black Forest Gateau' is perfect as it is. Then someone decides it needed extra layers of 'Rocky Road' added.
Not inloved with body but love the crew😂

Chris Harris always cool to watch
I would love to drive this crazy Turbo

Now that Clarkson, Hammond and May are gone it's Chris's time . I respect him the most because he knows what a great car is and understands what makes it great.
I love it - totally bonkers car nobody ever asked for - its a piece of mechanical art
Badass build 👌
All are trying to tell Chris to take it easy, that's so funny! We know he likes to tickle them to 9000 rpm 🙂

Daniel was buzzing about the monologue 😅
Akira Nakai (RWB): you can't get any wider in back.
Singer: hold my beer!
nice car. This video actually told us very little about it.
Great video...❤
It’s like a 959 on steroids. Looks amazing, gonna go like stink.
