  • Noh Foods must change the name of a new sauce after losing a lawsuit over the registered trademark Huli-Huli.

    What about naming it Hula Hula sauce or even just Hula sauce? This is really kind of ridiculous since there are many recipes available for huli huli sauce. Also, i notice the original sauce is literally TWICE as much as the Noh Hula Huli sauce. I wouldn't be willing to pay that much of a premium for the name brand. That company is crazy... They need to learn to be more price competitive if they want to win this "battle".

    NOH Hula huli sauce was clearly trying to circumvent trademark laws and get away with something hoping to fool customers
