After watching your short I found the dressing recipe and tried the "pizza." It was yummy but not very pizza-y. The chicken needs to be suuuuuuuper thin to get crunchy. I preferred cheese, pep and tomato paste with the chicken crust and the salad. I found that satisfied the craving better. ☺ Thanks for the fun recipe idea!

What I personally do is replace the bread with beef. I also replace the cheese with Goat mozzorella, A2 Mozzorella, or on the rare occasion Buffalo Mozzorella. I havent found a good replacement for tomato sauce yet, but given how rare I have Pizza Im fine limiting my carbs to x amount per week and incorporating this.

When I tried to make a chicken crust i had a lot of juices on my parchment paper!
I guess i needed to then put it on my baking sheet with holes and put it back in to cook more and crisp! Mine wasn’t at all crispy and just tasted like a chicken burger. Not bad but not pizza! Why did you not have lots of juices from the chicken when you baked it the first time?

Is the ground chicken fried ?? Where do you get it ?? OR How do you make it ??
It's raw, you add eggs, seasoning a parmesan cheese to it and bake it. You buy it at the grocery store like hamburger, but made from chicken.
