Those highs are sounding more and more effortless (there’s definitely been some live performance vids where you can tell he was pushing too hard). Man’s been putting in the work and is becoming a top tier vocalist 🤘

@@broski4851 The only reason I got into Mark's music is because of Alter Bridge and there is a reason Myles is the lead singer in that band. Mark is getting better and better, but (IMHO) Myles is amazing! Check out Blackbird album first :D

Main snare is weak, but the rest sounds great! Especially the bass!
I'm actually shocked at how much his vocals have improved compared to the A Dying Machine tour. Literally no forced rasp/throat singing during this performance.

I think the IEMs may have a little something to do with that, but you can tell he's definitely been working hard.
@@KRayxKodessA what are you talking about.. IEMs don’t magically improve your singing, unless you mean that he can hear himself better and in that case yeah, but you’re making it sound like a crutch.
He probably just needed a break. Even the best vocalist still get worn down by constant touring.
@@flataffect not at all a crutch, but it’s pretty common to “over sing” (thus sounding forced/raspy) when you can’t hear yourself properly. The IEMs would definitely help.

It’s been a LONG time since I’ve had a song literally give me goosebumps and this is the song that has done it. It’s amazing to watch Mark Tremonti continue to grow : vocally, lyrically,and musically.

I got into Tremonti with "Cauterize" and "Dust". But lately my tastes are changing. I am digging this more melodic direction. Look forward to hearing what the rest of the new cd sounds like.

Incredible performance! Mark's live vocals sound SO damn good here. The band is at the top of their game and this is shaping up to be their best work yet. I actually think I enjoy this version more than the studio single... Eric sounds brilliant, playing that lead part while singing those high harmonies like it's child's play!

Came across this tune in the early hours of the morning couple weeks back after I’d fallen asleep on iTunes. iTunes auto play took over and pre selected this tune. It woke me up it was that good, I was dazed so I auto saved it to playlist.. blasted it on the way to work next morning 👌
