PC CONTRA!? I bought this for my old 386 computer even though it was only $6 at Sears, it really really urinated me off. Luckily haven't had the displeasure playing the other crap that you don't like. You'd rather shit in your heads and clap! Wow that's the funny line of the day man. Also, thanks for responding to my comments even though I don't pay on your patreon there's so many people I've noticed after they start their patreon pages are too important to answer any comments for people that aren't paying money. In fact I'd love to invest in you. However, my fiance had many seizures and had another stroke and I'm going blind and having dementia issues as you probably know these things are expensive and hardships. Lots of wine bottom line is thanks for being considerate and responding to comments not you're a stand-up guy. Seems like you really love your family and boy do I appreciate that.
Haha. Patreon is just icing on the cake, the folks that matter the most are here every day sharing the love for retro gaming and remembering a time when life was easier to live. $6, that game was worth about 50 cents haha.
Dark Souls 2 remains disappointing. As for Saints Row 2022, that fully drained out the soul of the series. While there's apparently a new development team for Saints Row, it's likely too late for them to save the IP. Others to avoid would be Far Cry 2, Far Cry 6, James Bond 007: NightFire PC version, Toukiden: Kiwami pc port, Batman Arkham Knight, Call of Duty: Ghosts (which to me remains the worst Call of Duty), Battlefield 2042, Dark Souls 1 Prepare to Die PC release (not the newer remaster), Resident Evil 3 remake, Resident Evil 4 old PC release (thankfully not the one on STEAM), Deux Ex: Invisible War, Sonic Colors Ultimate (the original Wii release was better), Metal Gear Survive, Toy Story 1 PC port, Watch Dogs 1, WWE 2K20 (thankfully WWE 2K22 saved the IP), The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, Skull Island: Rise of the Kong, Raven's Cry, Hunt Down the Freeman, Rubber Hose Rampage (illegal clone of Cuphead), Enchanted Portals (another really bad though not nearly illegal Cuphead clone), Alone in the Dark: Illumination, Day One: Garry's Incident (ironic name), Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 5 (worst Tony Hawk game ever), Postal 3, Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing, and Rambo: The rail shooter Video Game (helped to kill the rail shooter genre). If we can throw in game mods or rom hacks; there's Doom: Rampage Edition (Hearts of Demons and Slayer's Rampage are arguably better versions of this), Pokemon Dark Rising 1, Pokemon Snakewood, and Touhoumon Insane.
Yeah, the best version of Another World is the one that comes included with Heart of the Alien on the Sega CD...glad I got that one when I was a much younger man. P.S. The same goes for Flashback on the Sega CD.

I had no idea that hero Quest was officially part of Warhammer fantasy. I mean, it's got all the trappings but I figured it was a spin-off or baby's first Warhammer or something
I don't think that it TRULY is, I just know that from HeroQuest was born the idea of a better format from Games Workshop for the Warhammer Fantasy line.
I'd add Street Fighter II for Windows 95 as an honorable mention. We had it installed on a few computers in the computer lab when I was in middle school. The game looked accurate, but ran so slow, it was like someone was pressing pause every half second. Playing any character other than a charge hold was pointless, because the game had no real functioning gamepad support.
This could and should be an ongoing series. There's enough shovelware out there, you could keep this up forever.
Absolutely! As I play more PC games, you'll see more of these :)
That being said, I loved Hero Quest ( the board game) as a kid
Oh absolutely! It's wonderful!
Wouldn't this be part 2? Unless you're counting the MSX video as part 2?
You're right! Thank you Tide
😂😂😂 thanks for the laugh
Anytime!
I was completely surprised to see HeroQuest here
I hate it Pharm, so much lmao.
The Conta DOS review was funny. 😂 Try Mega Man for DOS next.
Oh I'm well aware of it lmfao. I just haven't made it to there yet.

Facts lol

Big facts. The fact that they tried to port some of these to home consoles is egregious. Out of this World on the SNES is a shithole game lol.
#11 Harvester. Messed up man.
Ugh, it's so cringe, even for shock value.
What are your degrees in?

Museum Madness! OMG I forgot about that game. Loved it as a kid with just edutainment video games.
It plays out quickly lol. I guess our ADHD childhoods made it seem fun lol.

Your take on far cry being a tech demo is more accurate than you may realize, the tech demo its based an is called X-isle
The dinosaur game? Damn! Lol
These lists always make me want to play the games.
The Barbara Streisand effect at work!

I cringe even thinking about a PC port of SF anything lol.
