For me, Slot winning the league in Netherland with Feyenoord and finishing joint top with AZ in the truncated 2019/20 season is equivalent to winning the premier league with a team like Tottenham or Manchester United of the last 3 seasons. So it wouldn’t be far fetched for him to win the league with a team that finished 9 points off the winner last season. At the very least I expect Liverpool to finish above Arsenal this season and possibly win it next year. This Liverpool team is the best squad slot has ever had to work with all his career and given what he’s been able to achieve with below average players, there’s no ceiling to what he can do at Liverpool.
I’m quite confident actually that LFC can win the Premier League under slot. If it doesn’t happen this season it will be the next. Slot will make the squad ultra fit! Then every team will be dominated by the Slot Machine! 💪😉👍

Actually he is the perfect choice for liverpool business model. He's always pointed out as a future big coach, but you're too optimistic about Liverpools start, the loss makes it good but not amazing, 100% Arne thinks the same way. If you would have predicted before pre-season that Slot would win 5 out of his first 6 PL matches with 3 clean sheets, beating AC Milan in the CL and West Ham 5-1 in the League Cup in his first 40 days you'd be called mad. 🙂
Whatever happens this season the least one has to acknowledge is that Slot increased the value of a several players quite a bit without spending crazy money and in record time. I have to admit that I didn't expect Slot to change the team that much for the cup game, guess that's were the experience of Heitinga comes in handy. The little Italien only came in because he was dirt cheap, if it wasn't for that nobody would have bothered about him.

They don't have quality cover for his role at present. It's City though, so wouldn't be surprised if they simply spend big in January for a replacement. So they make it about winning the transfer window while they can just make up possible transfers and rumours instead of having to do real work. In the Netherlands and especially with Feyenoord, buying players isn't what it's all about because there is not much money and it's mostly prospects who might become a reasonably big name much lataer. The core of Slot's job is still making players play together better and making players better individually, and he is very well aware of that. Transfers are an interruption of the managers job.

Endo and Gravenberch need to Rotate starting positions, 1 Gravenberch and if Needed Endo for more defensive tactical implement. Or other tactical reasons.
Endo is a waste to leave on the bench for 90 minutes for a midfielder, Gravenberch same thing, they can make differences as every Liverpool player on and off the bench are doing.
Endo is a completely different player than Grav and Grav fits slot's style so much better. I think slot wants to get the preferred XI as much time together as possible in these early weeks.
Slot success is due to the fact that he always acknowledge the good work Klopp did and always praise Klopp. He put his ego aside and decided to continue the good work that Klopp did.
Slot has done well and I'm optimistic, but you're always way over the top with this stuff. To start with, this sort of start "not having happened at any club" is bollocks. Mourinho did it in his first season at Chelsea (6 out of 7 wins, with 1 draw), Sarri won 5 in a row, Shakespeare did the same at Leicester and Ancelotti did it with Chelsea. Pep won 6 in a row. As you can see from that mix of failures and sucessful tenures, it means sod all in the grand scheme of things. Comparing Slot's start to the starts of other managers at Liverpool is also completely pointless, because the club was in a much weaker position when the other managers arrived, whereas Slot has walked into a talent-packed side that wasn't too far off doing a quadruple the season before. You can't compare what Slot walked into relative to the mess that Jurgen aquired. Admittedly Hodgson could have walked into the Barca 2008 squad and it wouldn't have made a difference. It has also helped that Arne's playing style is of a similar nature to Jurgen's, which has made the transition easier and we've had weak opponents. I like your enthusiasm, but some of it is simply way over the top mate.
Fair enough - I wasn't knocking Jurgen at all - what Slot has done is possible because of Klopp. Still, to come in and implement your new playing style like he has and win 6/7 across EPL, UCL and Carabao is really impressive. Doesn't mean we're winning the quad or treble (or anything) but it's really impressive.
