I will try this for an hour 5 days a week and I will come back in a month to see if this really worked.

I an all want to know if it worked
It did but I had to include a lot of cardio. The cardio loses fat and this exercise helps not have a flabby tummy. After a while will need to increase the exercise on the abs to something a little more difficult
