For the frogs, some local people eat it. I heard that it's taste like a chicken. For the rice we called black jasmin rice and brown jasmin rice. Riceberry is also purple black color and it's one of the healthy and popular rice varieties in Thailand but It's more expensive than the other two so you rarely find it at the local market. If it's Isaan style For some menus, the poison strands will be removed first. Some Isaan soups include whole frogs. Some menus use astragalus that has eggs and the whole thing as well.
