    I just got my hand gripper broken... I was really sad but then I found this "circle" in one of my grandpa's police stashes and yeah surely Im happy that I found it

      If its made of rubber than it will last you with regular use probably about a year before is begins to fold or lose its sjape

    My grip has gone through the roof. You guys are out of Colorado? Had no idea...I was stationed in Colorado Springs for four years and picked one up.
    Side note. Lived all over the us and Colorado is the best state.

    Believe it or not but i've started with the black one, then ordered the Orange one, and the black feels harder...
    so i stick with the black one.

    Just got a set I had an adjustable springs hand grippers but they brake at the springs I do like those as you can just stick them in your pocket when you're going walking

    I do 100 forearm extenders every Fri&Sat. My forearms get torched on Fridays when I do Finger Flexion 100x each hand, 200x each hand Hand Grips, 100xeacg forearm Forearm Extenders w/Rings and I squeeze the Stress Ball hard for 2.5 minutes each hand. 🥵

      Not at all, these are resistant tools used to strengthen your muscles. Your knuckles are bones and not muscles. The only way you can increase the size of bones is by growing which you've likely completed during your teen years.

      @@notvladamir4082 your knuckle dize can increase from micro fractures, done by hitting stuff repeatedly. Uses in martial arts, but it will come to the price of hand pains in your older years maybe…
