Crystal clear advice as usual Alex. Really like the simple 'light & heavy' feeling on the backswing to get the correct angle of backswing and downswing.

Thanks. I’ve practiced this on the course and for me it’s a 50 degree wedge. Confident with the set up and distance I’m able to focus on the pin and the ball is getting close much more often. It’s made my pitching swing smoother.

Love that club. I have a brand new set of SM7's but I'm still rocking my CG16's(and a Bridgestone WC)! Best feeling wedges ever. And there's no demolishing the faces since it's regular grooves, with still great spin. That's something you make or you don't, doesn't matter how many grinds they add.

years back my home course was flat and I grew playing 95% of short shots with the same pitching wedge. I used the idea of a clock face to control distance. That position you used here, arm parallel with the ground I thought of as the 3 o'clock position and it would produce about 70 yards.

Great video Alex, just tried it and worked immediately 👍 one question though when it gets to say 80 yards do I change club with same set up and swing or same club and set up with a longer swing?

The best is to get rid of the RTX wedge. Can you say hot spots? Find and old Cleveland Tour Action in a used bin for $20. Much better wedge.

It's a wedge. Play it in the middle of your stance, let the bounce of the club proceed thru the grass, and most of all, follow thru very high 😄

other options on sound - buy a Zoom H1 and record audio separately and add in later or put a Rode videomic on the top of the camera or adjust the radiomic settings -see Thomas Heaton videos for example of sound recorded separately.
