I tested it and pinky promise it works. 50g granulated sugar = 1/4 cup 80g almond glour = 2/5 cups or 6.5 tablespoons 80 g powder sugar = same as above Food coloring (optional) 2 egg whites BUTTERCREAM MEASUREMENTS IN COMMENTS UNDER THIS COMMENT
And here’s the one for the buttercream 60g granulated sugar = 5 table spoons (3/10 cup) 1/8 tsp salt 60 ml milk = 1/4 cup 1 tsp vanilla extract 220 g unsalted butter = 1 cup 2 tablespoons 2 egg yolks
Preheating time please in OTG and also mode in otg for both preheating and baking macaron.. i was searching for this mode and timing in many videos.. can you please help on this
@@shalinisaravanan390 i tried looking as well right, i would say go around 10 (15 at super most) minutes preheating time, id put it on both upper and lower heating, and baking mode, but i wouldnt leave them the full 12 minutes, just keep checking them. idk which one you have specifically, but that should do something :))

Tried the it! work out great. i tried it on silicon but was to sticky when i took them off so i purchased from amazon a teflon baking mat with macaron circles, it raised and baked all round perfectly! really surprise with the results thank you for the video, really helped.

Just thinking about it, frog macarons are cute. ^^ I only made heart macarons.The concentration of the batter seems to be important to shape it. If I make it thicker than the dough concentration in my video, I think it will be seted in the shape you want. I'm rooting for your macarons.👍
For the egg yolk buttercream, can we heat the yolk mixture till it reaches 66degC, so that it is safe for consumption? And it seems like you have already creamed your butter before adding the yolk mixture?

It is a little different from French butter cream. French butter cream is a method of whipped egg yolk while sugar syrup is added. Anglaise butter cream is a little more watery(? or moist).😊

Hello! 1. Granulated sugar and refined sugar are the same. 2. Powered sugar is called icing sugar or confectioner's sugar. It means the same thing. If you don't have experience making macaroons, you may not succeed in your first attempt. I've also experienced a few failures.I hope you make delicious macaroons.🤗

Sugar plays an important role in making macaron shells stable.
I think you can reduce sugar to 40 grams if you want it less sweet.
