    There are many things to think about when making macarons. There are dozens of reasons why macarons might not work, but with practice you'll figure out how it works.
    Make sure the egg whites are at room temperature before whipping them. The bowl must be dry and free of stains. Do not beat the egg whites too little or too much. Mix powdered sugar and almond flour until super fine. Tap the tray after pouring the macarons to remove air bubbles. Allow the macarons to dry for 30 minutes at room temperature before baking. Make sure the windows are closed, humidity is not good for macarons. The oven must be preheated, so turn it on in time. Do not open the oven door during baking.
