So now that all fragments are available, which last 2 would you recommend? Was thinking about going with Isolation and Continuity. Will give sever uptime when no super and will increase all of the effects! :)
Just saying, Necrotic grips is working REALLY well with warlock's meeles, your poison keeps activating a lot of unravels which helpe them spread out. Pair it with mindspur's shackle grenade and every single enemy killed by you or your poison will create a suspending AOE
Toss in a side of either Osteo Striga (if you want to go full poison mode) or Monte Carlo (if you want to be able to throw those needles even more frequently) and you can have even more poison.
@@cainprescott4937 the cool thing about this build is that your poison spreads so easily you don't even need osteo and thorn. Sure, you can use them for maximum overdrive, but you can also roll with something like witherhoard for boss dps or even quicksilver storm for ability regen and class sinergy.
Grappling grenades count as both melee and grenade, so if you have the firepower mod and the counterpart to melee, just one grenade can create 2 orbs of power

There are buildcraft youtubers out there saying "abeyant leap really isn't good right now" Meanwhile, us dedicated plunderthabooty students know it's absolutely bonkers. Fantastic build as usual, I swapped out the grenade regen on orb pickup for health regen, to keep myself alive if I miss woven mail or get slowed/debuffed by enemies. With how much I'm suspending, the extra grenade regen is less important than a form of health recovery. (My armor's great for resil/disc at 100, but recov suffers as a result) Again, Fantastic build, I love using your builds as a starting blueprint to modify it to my preferences!
I came up with this buff about 3 hours after unlocking strand and I agree it's absolutely busted in a good way. It actually makes strand feel like a good subclass rather than a meal with only an appetizer and a $60 bill
Been off Social media until I finished the campaign. My first D2 video, and it's a Plunder build vid 😄 Glad I chose this exotic after the campaign, had no idea which to go for
you can also do this with warlock!, consume the suspend nade, ur guns now have aoe when they kill that susppends, get your rift back, run class item = grenade energy, rise and repeat plus strandlings on rift the only thing is that makes titan def better is that they don't need to kill with their guns to suspend, just suspend off the rip which makes them way more safer for sure
I absolutely love these up close and personal aggressive builds, ive never run but synthos and hammers so having an aggressive strand build made the game feel fresh once again. I wasnt a big fan of losing my well setup but this became its replacement. I got this paired with wavesplitter surprisingly enough it performs pretty well in endgame.
Plunder you are LITERALLY my hero when it comes to this game. Like, you got the best builds out there bro. I’m eager to check out what builds you post in the future. All 3 of my characters had builds you did. I have to remake those builds and warlock had that dope sunbracers grenade spam build. Im hoping that build can be remade
Hey Plunder, I don’t know if you have tested it yet but I’m pretty sure Verity’s Brow is buffing the threadlings that are spawning from the threadling grenade, whether thrown or consumed. That might give enough of a buff at the moment to make threadlings work and when the fragment to buff them comes out it could make them actually be viable for endgame
Threadlings go from 6.6k to about 10k damage, this is only from threadlings spawned from the nades. Even with the fragment I don't think it will be better than the new leg exotic, which still won't be as good as other subclasses
sad thing is.. may need to look at those fragments again now that newer ones were made available early, and that a few of them are really, REALLY strong (especially the one to recover grenade energy on dealing damage, meaning you can either take the grapple and REALLY be able to have that mobility and extra melee punch, or the suspend grenade for another suspend tool that can more easily reach flying enemies, and have good availability on both.
It sucks that we only have one good build with strand so far and it's the strand exotic. Until i finish the legendary campaign, gonna have to consider something else in the mean time. Maybe Synthoceps or Khepri's Horn if it's actually good with this subclass
Please can you bring back the end screen with all the info from the build on it? Miss that from your videos. It was so easy to refer to when making the builds.
That's what I have been doing as well but I think that build doesn't have the survivability this build does. Even if I burst down bosses I still would feel iffy about taking on content more than a few levels higher than me but admittedly I mostly play solo. Having near-permanent woven mail and the ability to incapacitate most enemies on command lets you have more control over the flow of encounters and prevents you from getting one or two shot by anything. With that being said, the burst damage with Synthocepts is crazy good and better than any super based build I've ever seen to date.
I’ve been playing with this build but more focused on melee build. And having blast honestly. With 100 Resilience and Woven mail, makes me surprisingly tanky.
Guess I'll stay with my titan main XD ! , haven't had the chance to fire up lightfall yet , eager to go play , thanks for always supplying great builds respect man
Aaaaaye. I made this build as soon as I unlocked strand. Glad to see I'm understanding this new mod system somewhat if plunder is doing the same thing.
I was the only Titan in the squad LFG doing this but the hunter and warlock played damn well. There were so many suspended targets....it was just a shooting range
Thanks for not jumping on the warlock op bandwagon because they're not. Most of the footage people are reacting like that too is lost sector's which ofc anything is gonna do loads of damage to those enemies. I've found threadlings don't do a lot of damage in any meaningful sense in endgame content. The cc potential on titan with the constant suspend is definitely stronger.
Random question, sort of relates here lol. Until seeing the boots in action I thought no shot do I want to do solo Titan so I got the level up thing to get me there. I can still go play the whole legendary campaign if I wanted for the exotic boots? Or just do lost sectors on leg day right?
