❤ the video game stitch. Read the book IT. Far more descriptive than the movie! So much so I am afraid of walking near or over a storm drain. Enjoying my stitching plans so not reading for now but have plenty books to choose from😊 thanks for sharing❤
Congratulations on your finishes! I'm doing the Castle Homecoming too. I started the dragon recently but I did the belly in the wrong color and I had to rip out 400 stitches. 🙄 It's been in stitchy jail since then.😂 I don't think I'll get caught up either. I like your stitch with me videos, but I prefer the 30 minute or less ones because they're easier for me to watch during my day. I've been reading Daughter of the Moon Goddess for a book club and I just started re-reading the Harry Potter books. Watching Breaking Bad with my husband, Criminal Minds with my daughter, and all the Godzilla and King Kong movies when I'm home alone (and Flosstube 😊)
Thank you so much! It feels like a long time coming, getting that one finished. I'll probably not do a black aida project again, at least until I forget how hard it was lol. Have you done many on dark fabric?
@@stitchinginlalaland I've done a few, but mostly on 14 ct. I've heard that the needles that have the little ball on the end are very helpful when it comes to stitching on black, but I haven't tried it yet.
@x-stitchandchill I use Sullivan's 28 ct ball tip needles for all my projects and I love them. They are a little expensive but they last me a long time.
Hi Lauren - It’s me again☺️ QUESTION: My new Android pad will be delivered tomorrow, and I was wondering if you felt a HAED would be ok stitched on 20 count Aida. If so, would you do 2 over 1 Tent Stitch? I truly appreciate your expertise direction ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Yay! I haven't stitched anything on 20 ct before, but it really depends on the pattern and what you like coverage wise. I tested 25 ct and 28 ct and liked 28 for my patterns because they were dark colors (Morticia and Haunted House). If it is lighter colors you are using you might be able to do tent stitch on 20 ct, I would test it first.
