I can see that wagon in spring and summer filled with flowers. That wagon could be filled with a plastic liner then dirt and flowers. Pots could be put around the wagon filled with flowers and bushes.

I'm originally from Western New York. I know about Lake Effect snow and cold, but Hate it. That's why we've lived in Ga for so many years 😆. We even go to Fl. multiple times in the winter to escape the mountains cold.
Do you still make this floor plans. I love the idea of the bathroom in the back, the kitchen on the one side and everything else is open to setup whatever you want to do. I can putting in a small fridge, stackable washer/dryer, bookcases, recliner. Perfect for me.
I agree plus he has a bigger shower that way. Thirty two inches is small. I would need a shower chair to fit in it. Plus he has room for a bigger refrigerator. Freezer space is a must. If I couldn't do steps I would get a happy jack bed lift system that would go up during the day and come down just over the sofa at night. That way your bed stays made which is a lot easier on my back and you'd only need a fold up double step stool to get in bed. They put them in van builds and they're really nice.
I’d say the Lexington with the stairs in the back. But the kitchen and bath are both open bath is bigger. I love the Lexington. Charleston is really awesome too imo!
Unfortunately I’m in UK and we have mobile homes but NOTHING like the Tiny Home movement. It’s incredible. Yes: ITH!! I dream though. I’m 75 in the middle of UK 🇬🇧 BUT I love this channel and Randy.
