The reason it says Vilhelm123 at the start is because the video was orginally up under my old account before I got banned for copyright reasons. I wasn't remaking it for the sake of three numbers.
I spent ages on this one so all comments would be greatly appreciated.

Films released in 1994: pulp fiction, The shawshank redemption...both way superior to forest gump...other that year: interview with a vampire, Leon, the lion king, natural born killers...forest gump would have a hard time getting in the top 3 of that year. Tho your entitled to your opinion ofc.

I saw this movie when I joined the German Army with 20 years and it moved me to tears.
I too had to serve abroad at the time and fought. But always I had Forrest Gump in mind, who also came home alive.

If it was Robert Zemeckis that had a say in the music, which I'm sure he did since he was the director, he's got good taste in music. The acting in this movie was amazing!

I just realized how insane the resemblances to the alteration and make up they gave for Forrest Jr in order to give an uncanny look twith his mom, Jenny. What a delightful classic movie... They figured it all out -- no wonder it remain a fantastic classic

Growing up in the deep south in the 70s, I loved southern rock. Living outside the south for most of the rest of my life, I have learned that some of the sentiments in this song don't fit with my philosophy. But who can deny the music and life in this recording? It is a signature song I can't get enough of, even if I like the studio version better than the live versions.
Two of the best movies to come out of that one year...Forest Gump and The Shawshank Redemption!!! What a good year!! And Lynyrd Skynard...The Ultimate!! They never get old!! Life does have it's good moments.
