@@bieateofan2251 True. But however gotta understand that Jenny was his best and only friend growing up. They were buddies. However Jenny grew up with her abusive father who sexualize her and didn't grow up with a mother nor siblings. Her journey towards s*x and drugs is her "running" to her father. Of course this took place during the 50s, 60s, and 70s. As much as I think Forest is better off without her, but at the same time she was really damaged and Forest like a best friend always there for her. Seems like whenever a guy comes into a woman's life who can fix her and yes this does sounds like simp talking, she always runs away from the nice guy and runs towards abusive guys who wants to use them as products. Including when it takes advantage of her kids. Which is really f* up. Forest is 100% innocent who he is. I was surprised by when they interview forest during his running that they didn't includes his other success like his shrimp boat career and other things as well. But I guess when this was made that they forgot about that part or the movie was out of order during shoot. However Forest really loved Jenny not for s*x nor as a simper as people would put it. But as a friend to the end. Running was the only thing forest was good at and he uses it to run away from his ghosts. We all been there. It's never easy letting go of someone you willing to die for. It is what it is bruh. But luckily for him he got his chance to be with Jenny to the end. Even though people would say that she only with him cause of her disease which I think she didn't know at the time or it was not as bad as it was before she married him. I don't know. Anyways I'm getting to deep into it. I'm sure you don't care at all and he needs to move on and stop being "beta" as some would put it. anyways have a good one fren

I remember when I was 10, I rode my bike from Charleston to Hollywood(The South Carolinian one) by using the greenway and later riding along the sides of the highway including some bridges. I eventually made it to my grandparents house after like 4 hours of biking and when I was asked why I kept going I just said, "I dunno." The thought of just turning around, for some reason, never occurred to me. I'm lucky I wasn't kidnapped or run over.
