    You all are so fun! This is my favorite time of year, Spring...and Easter is my favorite holiday. Thank you Jesus! He is risen! Happy Easter to you guys. I loved it when you sent me some honey...that was so loving of you. And it was the best! Have you ever watched the crazy guy that similar work as you all on homes that have wasps/hornets? Don't know or understand his interest in hornets since they don't have honey...but he does a great service that is needed for his community. And he feeds their combs to his chickens and other farm animals...they love to pick the larvae out and it's great food for them. So smart of you Mr. Ed to mimic the spaces bees choose outside of bee box hives. Interesting content!

    Love watching the 3 amigos/ new age three stooges! lol, just joking! I would have loved watching you frame the comb for those ladies after you had fed Ralph and Charlie. It's important to keep the hired help happy, they might revolt and start eating the comb! lol Hopefully you'll throw us a couple cut outs and frame ups in the same video some time in the near future. Please keep making more, because most certainly we'll "bee" watching! God bless to you all!!

    I like that knife! But for cutout purposes they need to come up with a rechargeable one.

    Did he put those cut colm in the cooler the correct way? Or are they upside down?

    • @JeffHorchoff
      @JeffHorchoff  Год назад

      I place them upside down so any honey will drip away from the brood as well as I know which way I need to frame it up correctly. Thanks for watching. God's peace Thomas.

    You know so much about bees. So feral have swarmed away from a domesticated hive? I wonder if their behavior is noticably different. Interesting video Jeff. Have a good weekend.

    • @joeyl.rowland4153
      @joeyl.rowland4153 Год назад +1

      Feral hives technically are any unmanaged hive, they are wild. If a swarm comes off my hives and it makes a new home in a tree then it becomes a feral colony.

    • @JeffHorchoff
      @JeffHorchoff  Год назад +1

      As to the origins of the hive, I have no clue, but to be able to survive for a whole year and to grow to that size, those are some genetics I want in my yard. Have a great weekend as well, God's peace brother.

    Great removal, the queen laying pattern is kind of questioning, guess you have to request the hive after it reestablishes in a new hive

    Isn’t the little holes in between not only for them to crawl through but for like queen cells they usually make like a hole somewhere in the middle of the cone or somewhere in the cone with a queen cell poking out of it as well sometimes right?

    I would have liked to have seen what you did to get the home owners hive set up afterward. How did you transfer the bees from your vacuum box to the box he purchased? How long did it take for the bees to calm down for transfer?❤❤❤❤
