I loved it when you sent me some honey...that was so loving of you. And it was the best! Have you ever watched the crazy guy that similar work as you all on homes that have wasps/hornets? Nice cutout! Those uniform, straight combs look like a dream to frame back up. Much better than the wavy, curvy ones I always seem to get. Blessings from Oklahoma!
You know so much about bees. So feral have swarmed away from a domesticated hive? I wonder if their behavior is noticably different. Interesting video Jeff. Have a good weekend.
Feral hives technically are any unmanaged hive, they are wild. If a swarm comes off my hives and it makes a new home in a tree then it becomes a feral colony.
As to the origins of the hive, I have no clue, but to be able to survive for a whole year and to grow to that size, those are some genetics I want in my yard. Have a great weekend as well, God's peace brother. Mr. Ed
Isn’t the little holes in between not only for them to crawl through but for like queen cells they usually make like a hole somewhere in the middle of the cone or somewhere in the cone with a queen cell poking out of it as well sometimes right?
Another good video. I didn’t realize you did a Layen’s hive. I’ll have to look back through the videos to see if I can find anything about it. I’m on my way to having 100 Layen’s hives and love them. Still got a ways to go but doubling each year.
Actually, I just finished building it, and yesterday I installed a cut out into it. That video will be posted in about 2 weeks, and I hope you will check it out. One hundred hives, VERY impressive! Thanks for watching.God's peace brother. Mr. Ed
I would have liked to have seen what you did to get the home owners hive set up afterward. How did you transfer the bees from your vacuum box to the box he purchased? How long did it take for the bees to calm down for transfer?❤❤❤❤
I have shown in several older videos the release of the bees after the removal, but not this time. However, I will be doing it very soon on the release of the bees that will be placed in my Layens hive. Stay tuned. God's peace Hubert. Mr. Ed

ALWAYS good when the 3 Amigos get together but 15 seconds ain't a long enough video when the lecturing is left off, even if Ralph and Charley did such an exceptional job! Gods Peace to ALL Yall from (Us'ns) here in the hills!
Nice cutout! Those uniform, straight combs look like a dream to frame back up. Much better than the wavy, curvy ones I always seem to get. Blessings from Oklahoma!
Wow what a super easy cut job !!! Great job fellas …. Maybe you filmed putting the bees in that dudes hive box ..would like to see that process
I will be showing the process in the video in 2 weeks, stay tuned. Thanks for watching. God's peace Lynn.
Mr. Ed
which is the oldest comb, the back way in the box?
It really is hard to tell which comb was the oldest because the darkest comb was in the middle. Thanks for watching. God's peace Noreen.

Mr. Ed
Great removal, the queen laying pattern is kind of questioning, guess you have to request the hive after it reestablishes in a new hive
It's still early on in the year, but judging from her past record, she is going to be a great layer. Thanks for watching. God's peace.
Mr. Ed
Isn’t the little holes in between not only for them to crawl through but for like queen cells they usually make like a hole somewhere in the middle of the cone or somewhere in the cone with a queen cell poking out of it as well sometimes right?
Sometimes they do, but the one I showed was a doorway. Thanks for watching. God's peace.
Mr. Ed

@@JeffHorchoff --I so enjoy your videos.
Hey Mr. Ed won't some bee's come back because of the left over wax & the bit of honey there?
That they will...until it's all gone. Thanks for watching. God's peace Evelyn
Mr. Ed
How come I got the idea that Ralph was hungrier than Charlie and wanted to get to lunch fast?
Heated knife is a brilliant idea 💡
It worked great! Thanks for watching. God's peace Glenn.
