    • @JeffHorchoff
      @JeffHorchoff  Год назад +1

      It is hard work bringing in the honey supers, but the bees work way harder bringing in the nectar to make it. Thanks for watching, and I hope you will check out more of my bee wrangling/ bee rescues adventures and let me know what you think of them. By the way, I post a new video every Friday morning, and I look forward to hearing from you again soon. God's peace Kim.

      Welcome to my world, it is so good to have you and your family following along. If I may offer a bit of advice for your husband , try not focusing on all the "things" one needs to do or learn in order to become a beekeeper. Rather, first dwell on the wonder and fascination of the bee, and let that lead you to an understanding of what they are and how you can assist them in fulfilling their role in nature. For his part, he will need to learn many things, but always remember, beekeeping is suppose to be fun. I wish him all the best on his journey, and if I can, I will gladly assist along his adventure. Thank you for your blessings and for watching. God's peace.

    I had a hard time figuring out what a super was. Sometimes you leave us newbies behind! Looking at all that you've been blessed with. From bees ❣️
    Wow who knew right? Angel✌️

    Jesus has blessed your bees! What a harvest! I’m looking forward to that “sold out” sign being taken off the honey on your online store. 🙏🏻

    I'm not sure which is more beautiful, those bee yards or your processing set-up. Thanks and wow!

    I’m thankful I live in Scotland and only have to deal with tiny spiders, I’m terrified of them and that was huge.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

    Hello Jeff. Just a thought. Instead of covering the entire top with felt. Would attaching a sponge to the center of the board. Maybe even some sponges in the corners and spraying the sponge with "Honey Bandit".Work? I don't think you would use as much "Honey Bandit, or maybe you would use more I don't know. I will keep on watching, and waiting for y'all to be making more

      Because felt is so thin, it's the perfect choice to use. God's peace brother.

    @33:03 - I am pretty sure that is a common wolf spider. They can bite if pissed, but generally they want to get away. They are FAST though. That's a decent sized creature, but Gods creature none the less.

      It was a Wolf spider, but I need a bit of drama to spice up the video. Thanks for watching. God's peace.

    The chanterelles, fry them in butter with parsley, maybe a little garlic. Super yummy.

    That lid doesn't need a picture of a bee on it. It needs the phrase "Where hobby bee keeping is a way of life" on it. lolol

    300ft high, wow. the road I use for my cabin rises 800 ft within a mile leaving another 200 until the top of the hill at 1800 some ft. now a 300 ft elevation and flat areas reminds me of living in central TX.
