me personally i think the sacrifice mv concept is them trying to sacrifice their vampire life which is the black heart ( it's black because vampires have dark blood) to get their human lives back which is them in all white. but the darkness in consuming them slowly and they are waiting for their savior ( could be engens or sooha) and in order to get their old life back they have to forget all of there memories and be reincarnated ( referencing to jakes line about the river of Lethe ) with is a river in greek mythology inside the underworld where whoever drank from it experienced complete forgetfulness. Lethe was also the name of the Greek spirit of forgetfulness and oblivion which they mentioned in the concept trailer and the lyrics also. SORRY FOR THE RANT
The theory of Sunoo being the one sacrificed is good, but I think it's something beyond it. It seems that there's more than one heart being sacrificed, they're all struggling and trapped. Idk this MV is driving me crazy lol

I have watched this and the other video content over and over. While the girl is not Sooha in this dimension I am beginning to think that the seed of all the storylines is the princess who had the power that she shares with the boys. If this is so she shares her powers by the use of blood (making them vampires) and sends them forward to be reincarnated. Going forward they pass through a time (process) that makes them forget their past and her. This process is very much like traveling on the river of Lethe, a river that when the newly dead drink from it lose all memories of their past existence. This theory leaves room for Enhypen to be reincarnated into different worlds where they must exist as vampires who deal over and over with the struggle between the darker sides of their vampire nature and the brighter side of a past they do not fully remember. It becomes a story about fate and the struggle to accept and live into things that can not be changed. Each reincarnation will therefore have at it center the issue of power, fate and what they do about things they have no control over.

I am not sure about the "other dimension" 's theory, it feels like with hybe stories, other dimensions where always kind of similar to the first one, so I kind of just think they are using the symbolism they already had to tell something different, this time. I don't think it is a litteral story about vampire/superpower/saving anyone anymore...
Watching this comeback, I couldn't stop thinking about a theory you had earlier, about them discussing what it's like to be an idol (I think you talked about it when discussing Let me in, i guess). I saw somewhere on twitter someone writting that it would actually make sense with the order of the musics in the album and what they talk about. (fate, wanting to dive into this, sacrificing themself to this, some kind of dancing over ruins of what was, a smooth separation, and "f*** it all")
Tho there is still something going on with Sunoo being in the center of this and of drunk dazed, and with Niki being tied often... I don't really know how to link this.
About the shadow hands transition, it felt like being kidnapped (basically, jake and niki are at the table, niki's being captured, and what we see after are some of the boys stumbling, and when we next see niki, he is tied up)

I think that Sunoo was the one to be Sacrificed and Jake took his heart and his wing for sacrificing, i think that thats also why sunoo was the only one with both wings in the beginning. Maybe they can only be Sacrificed 2 times, Sunoo hasn't been Sacrificed and the other members reached their limit (besides Ni-ki showing that he had 1 wing left meaning he can be Sacrificed 1 more time). Jay was reaching to himself, maybe for forgiveness (im not sure what that could be connected to) I think you should look into Sunoos part in the story line. Its really good🤭
Ok, I have a lot to say so bare with me please😅
I was thinking about what we established before and after watching this, maybe it isn't a parallel universe, it's more symbolic as you said. The whole time Fever MV was what happened before the current storyline. Like we have &Team and their webtoon is a before the current events we understand and are connecting to the vampire side of the story. So maybe this is a before they turned into vampires. Since the River Lethe makes you forget, they touch it and every new life they forget? This is a process like you said, they are telling us about their before, the temptation they felt to start the process. I mean, the Fever MV they are being taken away by a shadow, their is water involved just like here, they are dressed in prince outfits already by then. This must be way before that. This is like their 1st life, they were angels and got tempted by this shadow monster or whatever that is.
~Btw so happy you mentioned the legendary BS&T MV, idk if this is relevant but way back, they mentioned in various interviews when asked about a concept they wanted to try that they haven't before, they said BS&T as reference. Especially Sunoo because of the "sexy concept", a more mature one. So a fun fact there😉~
Anyways back to the story😂 I think they are definately angels and they either fell by themselves into the temptation of the shadow or they thought betraying each other they would get out of the h*ll, like an act of despair almost? Also I did check Genius and it mentions that because vampires where cursed with existing they have to pass a process but they never sort of rest, like they are cursed. Which brings me to what I thought about the previous MV, and the whole storyline. They are showing us the bad side of things. They were "Given" the great opportunity of becoming inmortal with this amazing superpowers or what not but they were "Taken" through this painful process which will repeat every time because it won't end in this vamp life, it's a cycle. They were "Tamed" to think they made the right choice but ultimately it was so reckless and "Dashed" like fast that they couldn't really process or remember (side eye, the river 👀). They are "Drunk" by their heightened new realities every time, the excitement of living again, starting over but it's just their souls being in a constant "Dazed" state. They are "Blessed" with a new life free of sin every time, to try again and live better but they are just eternally "Cursed" in reality. Think about it for a second, in the T-D MV Sunoo and Niki I think have this moments almost as if they were trying to remember something, like a deja vu moment. But they are also shown being oblivious and having fun. In the Fever MV their is a choreo moment between Sunghoon and Niki were they seem to be in a tug of war, like maybe Niki was trying to help him liberate from the curse? But since he was on Hee's lap he forced him to make the commitment again by dropping the necklace in his mouth aka the heart being str*ngled? Maybe Niki knows something we yet don't know about how to end it for good 👀 or I'm reaching 😅😂 In the D-D MV Sunoo is acting sus and Niki is according to theories guarding him while he does his thing. And again we see them in their royal prince costumes, a flashback. They are going through this awful afterlife process every time they reincarnate which is what the River Lethe is for. You may forget the bad things you did but I guess bc they are vampires it will always follow them back. It also says the more of the river the souls consume the more memories they'll lose, to be able to reincarnate they need to purge/clean themselves. Makes me think Sunoo was the least who drank of the river so he still remembers some lives and Niki as well. Somehow they do? Maybe the blood fountain in D-D or the blue drink in Let Me In has something to do with it?? 😅 Him dropping whatever the extra blood was makes more sense tho, like an offering to remember his previous life and maybe Niki has done that too but the others don't know that yet.
Jungwon touched it (the river), so he forgot his life before. He was probably protecting his own soul prior to committing the act, the sphere. They were loosing themselves, which makes me think about the Sacrifice obvs, the reason we're here😅 Niki somehow protects Sunoo's purity/good will but I guess Jake is the one who has consumed the most (of the River Lethe) so he betrayed everyone multiple times or forced them/took advantage of, maybe? The scene is much darker once he places the heart. Jake found out about Niki's alterior motives of preventing the ritual I guess and he cut one of his wings as punishment, so that's why he was tied and had black feathers...? Him, Jay, Hee and Niki were the ones dragging Sunoo. The last one who didn't fell but was forced to do so. Maybe the shadow hands are his, that we see? 👀 Sunghoon and Jungwon were gliding on the ground, almost as if they were portraying how doubtful and agaisnt this they were. As if they weren't agreeing with this whole thing but just ultimately following up.
Jake doesn't have a sense of loyalty (friendship) or recollections of himself, so he is being selfish. Jay is definately reaching for himself, his previous self before he fell into darkness, yearning for his purity. Heeseung basicly gave up, his curiosity led him into the darkness or at least I felt that way. Like he seems in a trance when he dropped the necklace. Sunghoon fell from grace, it's almost like he was debating whether or not to try again, like back and forth like a swing😉 Also it had a bit of blood on it, like pink so maybe with the whole reflection, he was reflecting before touching the river. Same with Heeseung, he was reflecting, fighting, blaming himself almost for it. There's a theory saying this is Heaven, Purgatory and H*ll or I guess with new knowledge their version of "Heaven", Purgatory to forgive themselves and then the reality which is H*ll.
What's interesting resuming this paragraph I've created😂, is that in Bite Me Sunoo is shown with hands or shadows of some sort behind/around him and Niki in B-C MV a theory is that he is shown with the word Lie on the wall as shadows bc he is lying. He is hiding something. So that's were I think this leads, Niki lied to the others about what he told Sunoo bc of Jake. He made himself trustworthy enough through out this processes every time. The whole blood offering is what him and Sunoo know but the others are too far gone under Jake's or the shadows influence. So he couldn't save anyone and the last person he tried to save before Sunoo was Sunghoon.
So now I think this is why mostly everyone is saying by the look of the Full Moon Version of Dark Blood: Jake is the real villain and Sunoo is who's becoming the villain next for revenge. He remembers some things from before. Niki is Jake's "accomplice" like a doble agent. Hindsight the knife to rip Sunoo's heart for the Sacrifice and the table scene on the MV. He was drinking the water from R. Lethe!! Like the table was water OMG the fathoming😭 I believe Jake stole the knife when he found out the truth. He punished Niki and carried on with his greed to perform the ritual. This why he wears the dark crown and is the only one with it in the photos, #SunooVillainOriginStory
Also almost forgot, Manifesto album ends with Foreshadow and Dark Blood starts with Fate, connection??

6:05 my theory of what that ball/pearl looking thing Jungwon is holding is that it is actually some kind of glass bead. If the glass beads represent memories, this one is entirely clouded over just like the waters of the river Lethe symbolising a loss of memories. Also the way Jungwon clings to it makes be feel like he's desperately trying to hold onto his memories from the life cycle that they just completed so that when it starts again (as hinted at in karma) they won't be cursed by oblivion yet again.

@@LainaSunflower behind the scenes of the mv jungwon said that the moon he was holding was not the same as red night but if it was a moon he also said that in the video he is a person who controlled the moon It seems that what he is trying to do is protect her and maybe that has something to do with why he is in pain.

@@wuv713 Yass. Following the MV I've also seen it. The heart and wings Jake took up to sacrifice belonged to sunoo. And after he placed it for sacrifice. We see sunoo levitating..or falling or so. I can't tell.. but then again. He's the only one with the wings so wing was his own. And again, The choreo with him in the middle being pulled

Ni-Ki on right side, Jake on left side... Many of Engenes said that it represents Sunoo's wings... That's why when Jake brings the wings to sacrifice there's only one wing left to Sunoo which is the right side... Or maybe YunKi is the soldier of Sunoo... His right hand is Ni-Ki and his left hand is Jake but unfortunately Jake betrayed him... It's obvious cause there's also part of choreo where Jake and Ni-Ki is like fighting... My theory is that sunoo is the one they sacrificed by pulling his wings out and taking his heart out too because his chest wound looked like as if someone cut that part for taking his heart out and he is the one shown with wings the most. So maybe that is why he turned evil (?) Since he is always seemed sus and since it's shown that Jake was the one performing the ritual for the sacrifice with sunoo's wing and heart. I think Niki and Jake drank the Lethe river water and forgot that they were the ones who made the sacrifice by using sunoo?
I have a idea with sacrifice and dark blood, in this song they talk about oblivion and forgetting Heeseung literally says “please don’t leave me forgotten” and in one of sunghoon’s concept photo’s it says “I’m no longer in your world, you and all fade into the abyss, the cruel sentence I face, oblivion” so forgetting is a big part of this story and if that river is Lethe I think they drank the water to forget their troubles or that they were vampires but ended up forgetting everything and this is them remembering, and ‘falling’ into their dark side or their vampirism.
it’s also said if the dead drink from Lethe they can reincarnate because they don’t have their memories. So maybe the boys reincarnated and they’re like angle’s because their pure but they sacrifice their heart and wings to remember and fall from that grace into the vampirism

My theory: Enhypen can't go to heaven because they're vampires so they make a sacrifice -> Sunoo. That's also why Jay is seen reaching for his angel self on the stairs unable to get up there because he's a vampire. Jake is the one who brought Sunoo's wings and his heart to the altar. The reason i think they sacrificed Sunoo is because of the scene where his heart is bleeding(?) and there's also the intro where he's seen laying down in black feathers without wings looking sad/betrayed and i ghink the black feathers are because of his wings getting cut off. There also the last line of the post-chorus which is always Sunoo's part - Give yours and to you, my sacrifice - making me think he's saying 'take me as the sacrifice, i'm yours, let the others go to heaven.' Idk if the last part made sense though🥲

I have a theory of why they got to heaven? Because we saw them lying and put into coffins. The 7 coffins we saw in BiteMe. Plus all 7 of them died while trying to save Selen from Dardan.

So is there a correlation to everyone having what look like white ‘priests’ robes in the beginning that later become completely black? When they are dancing at the end, only jake is in all black and jungwon has no black on him. Everyone else is some combination of back and white… like the black vines or flowers that used to be pink are now black. Does jungwon being the only one in all white have something to do with the orb he is seen holding?I have sooo many questions…😅

This MV continues to baffle me no matter how many times I watch it. My best guess for what is going on is that they are dead after being bitten and are taking their black vampire hearts containing the powers Sooha gave them from the depths of hell up to heaven to sacrifice them to her at the blood altar.
There seem to be three locations in this MV each representing a different area of the afterlife (hell, limbo and heaven). The higher you get the more sunlight there is and the closer you are to Sooha (since she is continuously referred to as the sun) BUT there is also more water which represents Lethe and forgetfulness. Therefore, the closer you get to your goal the easier it is to loose yourself.
i saw someone on tiktok mentioning that Sunoo's the only one that could be on top of the stairs bc of his wings and that's why Jake's holding the wings from Sunoo so that he could go there too
Heeseung said she wasn't in it before the Dark Blood trailer was even released (along with other things said about spoilers like they said it would only be 3 minutes long) so I mean I always thought it was just him lying about spoilers 😂
But if not, then I feel like it would still be about a version of her because they talk about them always choosing the fate where they would meet her again, no matter what universe they're in.
