I think what makes these winter images feel more eery than regular liminal spaces, is that everything is plain white. The ground, the trees, the roofs. All blanketed and completely covered in snow. Almost like a disguise.
Winter was always special to me. It is both liminal, beautiful and creepy at the same time. Sometimes, when the winter comes and the forest near my house is coverd in snow and is foggy, i feel like something is watching me from the white, foggy forest. Even i know that is nothing there. Is creepy and awesome at the same time. And you, with this images you managet to give me this creepy, yet awesome feling back. Thanks. ❤❤❤
