I’m so glad you posted this! I’m going for a haircut tomorrow and currently my hair is long, almost as long as yours. I’m 66 and it’s just so tiring blowing dry my hair. And the gray is making it hard to curl. So I was thinking of getting a lob and now I’m sure that’s what I want. I have too many hair accessories to go short, lol. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that my stylist can do it. This is only my second time seeing her. I just lost 25 pounds (25 more to go) so I’m doing a modest glow up to celebrate. Love your videos. So glad this video has just come out! I’m booked into my salon for Thursday and decided to go back to some sort of bob after having a butterfly cut for a few months. I’ve enjoyed it but I loved my bob days!
Oh how exciting! I am contemplating cutting my own hair back into a bob style. I'm having my extensions removed at the end of June and just might do it!
@@StylesBySummer I love your stacked bob it my favorite of your haircut ! maybe go higher or stepper angle than last stacked bob. 60 degree layers would be so pretty than normal 45 degree ! I love very high stacked bob 90S. hate how bin victimize !
Darn I needed this yesterday 😢I took pictures to my stylist and she cut it 3 times shorter then I wanted to go but it was to late to tell her I hate how many layers she cut I told her I wanted it85% blended and 15% textured I guess when it grows back out maybe I will love it then
Hi, Love you videos!! They informative and I love how you show the side and backs of each cut. Have you ever done a video on women with hair loss and the best cuts for that issue? I love short hair but I am hesitate to go short because of my thinning. I always had short hair and are it out due to my thinning and I just do not feel myself with longer hair!
Can some with thick hair pull off a stacked bob? My hair is now is at the top of my shoulders and i am wanting a stacked bob. My stylist states that it would look a foot deep. 😂

I’m going for a LOB next as I’m bedbound and have a horrible time with my dry fine hair tangling on sheets and pillowcases. I have two damaged shoulders so somedays I’m unable to brush my hair at all! I have mid-chest long hair now,but have found no way to “Contain” my hair to prevent tangling. I’ve lost a wigs worth of hair trying to comb/brush it out. Please don’t say short hair as I have ugly ears and a very round face, making me look awful in one. But if you have any suggestions Summer, I’d welcome it as I’m desperate...

I like a lob, I've had my hair short long enough, lob is the longest my hair can go without looking thin.
A lob is the perfect (long) length for finer/thin hair types!

My hairdresser ruined my hair. Asked for a lob. She gave me a shag! All layers on the sides too. Wretched.
I personally find the stacked bob a bit dated. A one-length bob is definitely more current
