Health looks like my ear drums not being blown out by that intro :)
I joke haha. Love your stuff !
I too love their stuff, but that intro audio is way too loud compared to the video audio.
My eardrums have been ear drummed
I think the main issue with the intro music is that it's really bad. I love you bbm but the intro music is atonal, loud, seemingly random guitar notes with an ugly distortion setting. It is like the 'when corporate/HR wants "heavy rock music"' meme but perhaps even a bit worse.
why isn't this podcast on RUclips? I don't like Spotify and I'd love to keep up with BBM. BTW where did Austin go?
Austin didn't go anywhere, Jordan pretty often does podcasts with other BBM coaches or guests besides Austin
Austin can't record podcasts while he is in the pool, duh
What are you talking about? Health looks like just doing sets of 5 to infinity.
5 gallons of milk a day
I like Jordan’s point in joking about the meaning of life, because at the heart of this question is a very philosophical one.
Derek addresses the issue directly, saying that one of the main reasons why it is a difficult question to answer is because it is much easier to describe negative health rather than positive.
The general gestalt framework to both medicine and psychology can be described as a ‘negative’ one, nomologically speaking - negative features are used to describe health or functioning deficits and this has been the framework used for centuries.
I hope I’m not butchering this so far, but experts in cognitive science and psychology are attempting to adapt a new gestalt known as “positive psychology” which ties in very well with the fundamental theme of this question IMO - it focuses on the functions, behaviors, lifestyle changes, and cognitions that afford positive benefits to the agent (such as the behaviors may afford the agent to enter a state of flow, or feel more self-reported meaning in their life)
Health looks like sets of five until you're brutally strong, and probably a gallon of milk per day as well.
