    Mike Mentzer is pretty hit or miss but this is absolutely true. Runners would call this “zone 2 cardio” and it’s where you should base like 90% of your cardiovascular training as it can be performed for the longest amount of time.

      @@Di_yayhe has a few things that are outdated. Static stretching before working out is one. But his main principles have been proven right

    Running burns carbs though not fat so what he said doesn’t make sense if you want to use fat as fuel then you should walk on flat ground
