  • If you are moving to Charleston SC, or if your company is relocating to Charleston SC… you really should take the time to see Johns Island.
Once a very rural area, Johns Island, SC still feels charming with lots of grand oaks while offering quite a mix of homes for sale.

Johns Island SC is a beautiful place!
Since it was once all farmland, Johns Island South Carolina has always offered a nice feeling of space compared to other communities.
And as Charleston SC real estate continues to be one of the most desirable places to live on the east coast, we continue to see an influx of people moving to Charleston from either colder areas up north, and even people moving from the west coast to the east coast to escape the fires in California.
Johns Island real estate is becoming more and more popular, and we are seeing many new construction homes in Charleston that are affordable being built here on the island.
Johns Island offers good access to many of the different reasons that people move to Charleston as well. The weather is fantastic. There is easy access to boating in Charleston on Johns Island, with several boat landings to choose from and easy access to Charleston beaches and resataurants.
Johns Island, South Carolina is close to Downtown, and offers easy access to Folly Beach, Seabrook Island and Kiawah Island as well.
In fact, I have seen many good restaurants from Downtown Charleston offer second locations on Johns Island because the space is more affordable, and there are many young families now living on Johns Island.
Overall, Charleston, SC is a very easy place to understand and one of my favorite discussions with people moving to Charleston is to help determine the circles they will be traveling in, understanding the type of low country lifestyle they are looking for, and understanding where they will work. This way we can strategically plan their move to Charleston and help make the right decision and part of what I love about helping families relocating to Charleston, is helping sift through the different options available in the entire real estate market.
This is why I have created this Charleston, SC video tour services. and trying to guess where their family will land when they finally make the move to Charleston is exciting, and very rewarding.
There are so many things to do in Charleston, and many people choose to look at Johns Island homes for sale because of the affordability, and because they are trying to make a decision about what they actually want out of their new experience living in Charleston.
This tour includes the Stonoview community, the Villages of St Johns Woods, it includes a tour of River Road, we zip into Oakfield, and we even make our way to Angel Oak for a nice look at one of the oldest Oak Trees on the East Coast.
We also take a few minutes to explore Kiawah Island and Seabrook Island, and even a new neighborhood near Freshfields Village called Kiawah River Estates.
Some fo the best Charleston Waterfront property is found on Johns Island, and a few of the best neighborhoods in Charleston are tucked away under a canopy of oak trees on the way to Wadmalaw Island and Rockville.
I hope you enjoy this Charleston SC tour of Johns Island, and I look forward to meeting you int he comments!
    Thank you!

Hey Nat, excellent video, so informative and lovely! I've never been to SC and unfortunately don't know anyone there, but there's something very appealing about the lifestyle and the people and your videos certainly capture the beauty. When I'm closer to making up my mind between FL or SC, I will be in touch. Thanks, Margot

FYI, Beachwalker Park costs money for parking. The new neighborhood on Johns Island that you mentioned is not Kiawah River Estates, it is just Kiawah River. Kiawah River Estates is the community next door to Kiawah River

Great production..I was wondering what camera you used for the "webcam" shot..it looks like it was a DJI drone and edited with Final Cut Pro? Sorry about "nerding out" on the video production stuff..looks great.
