If anyone remembers the old Cooper River bridges, two lanes to Mt. Pleasant, one truck lane to Charleston and the original bridge, two scary lanes to Charleston; and if lucky some silver paint raining down on your car when they were painting the bridges. New bridge is a major improvement along with the Mark Clark for those going out to North Charleston, for reasons I can't imagine. Mt. Pleasant is dull as dishwater. Too many Bible thumping Dugar family types. Make sure to point out the flood zones, especially around the marshes. Make sure that the house is elevated.
