- Neil Gordon co-wrote a book about Alex Murdaugh's double murder trial with Clerk of Court, Becky Hill, who's come under fire for plagiarism and allegations of jury tampering. Gordon is revealing how he discovered the plagiarism and where he'll donate his share of the profits from the sale of the book. Even writing a book about a case from the (simply administrative) position of a court clerk is wild.
That how corrupt courts are all around this country. It should be pass around made aware of . I tired seeing people exsp judges prosecutor ,county clerk any of these elect people in power screwing the poor people everyday for profit
It shows the level of corruption down there if she felt comfortable doing all these things.
God only knows what else she has done!

I knew trial rig from beginning cops destroy the crime scene anything that could of proven Alex innocent cops destroy it . Just like Maggie phone they hire non expect didn't recorded them getting data or test supposedly evidence . Once the defense prove the prosecutor witness wasn't expected lied ruin deleted all Maggie data that could of proven Alex innocent . Judge allowed that bullsht in noing it was all lies . Everything prosecutor doing was fasle evidence . Nothing but a lying story without evidence that Alex killed he's wife son what about other person handing them all fake evidence pointing everything at Alex .Paul supposedly friend knew that Paul Maggie Alex . Then Rogon calling Paul over over again up t 9:58 or something supposedly worry about paul but ignore he's dad calling over over could told him how Paul was . But didn't answer or return call then pointing finger at Alex next day . Their plenty reasonable doubt . Ya now we see why Alex got paranoid didnt say he was down their to investigate but Alex did tell 911 he seen them in person before he left so he didn't lie
She asks her son to get involved that in itself is very troubling .
She did all these interviews, talking about rooting out corruption in South Carolina’s low country and here she is doing exactly the same. That entire system down there is so corrupt.

Exactly then these cops contained whole crime scene by their failure couldn't wait set Alex up once for all now real killer probably will get away with it . Maggie phone was big evidence that could of shown their was someone else had phone wasn't Alex cops destroy that to . People should be asking their selfs why they got all data off Alex which prove he's time line ,Paul which show nothing other than Alex was their few min their no fighting or anything just what they do normal . Their someone else their I think I think Paul so called friends that started next day pointed finger at Alex . Why he grew up with them . She really hates him… which is fine. A lot of people do. HOWEVER, her job, as an officer of the court, is to contain that hate while performing her duties. No matter what you think of AM, he has the right to an impartial jury and a fair trial. Ms Becky trampled on that right if these allegations are true. Period.

Unfortunately there's several professionals who live for pointing fingers and judging others based on their own personal evil Political agendas and it needs to be stopped. Many of these professionals screaming no one is above the laws seem to forget that they're not supposed to be above the laws and yet it doesn't seem to Apply to themselves or their families friends ect, im almost 100 % positive she's not alone ? Wow 😢 No Accountabilitys = No changes. Only God knows how many times they have gotten away with it in their past ? We must start holding these professionals to much higher standards because they not only know the laws they get to Enforce the laws on a daily basis.

Enough already hold her accountable for her actions along with anyone else involved directly or indirectly doesn't matter because they all absolutely no better 😢 i don't like Alex M and i believe he's definitely hurt a lot of people financially in the past that doesn't mean i believe he murdered Maggie and Paul. Neil defended Becky's character fervently when the first accusations of jury tampering were made. He's got quite the egg on his face.
I remember that. He must've really been disappointed when he found out what the truth of her character was. I feel sorry for him. He seems like a nice guy.

The ghostwriter sent his wife to the trial location to find trial related people to work with to get an early jump on getting a book on the trial out.
It always makes me so angry when someone like this or a police officer, judge, DA, etc. has tampered with jurors or witnesses or mishandled evidence because it has the potential to set free a lot of guilty people not just the one related to the case they were involved in at the time but all the past cases they worked on 😡
Or more importantly, and much more serious of a transgression, is if it's shown that this behavior resulted in an innocent person/people going to jail.

@@aaron19840904, EXACTLY! And not only Becky Hill, but all others who pushed for Alex Murdaugh to be charged with the murders then found guilty of them.
FOR EXAMPLE: Malicious Mandi Matney and her "wife" Lizz Farrell MIGHT well be the real killers of Maggie and Paul, who got killed EXACTLY one week after FITSNews hired them. They probably needed a story to justify their salary; so, they killed Paul and Maggie then went to work pinning the murders on Alex and got a lot of subscriptions, clicks, and ad revenues from that. A magnified Becky "Boo" Hill story, at least (as far as we know so far) Becky Hill did not herself kill Paul or Maggie.
Who knows who REALLY killed Paul or Maggie? I, for one, by now am as close as possible to a scientific certainty that Alex Murdaugh did not.
Oh dear, what a mess ! Doesn't take away from Alex still being guilty though in my opinion.

Alex is guilty as sin, but clearly deserves a new trial bc of this corrupt person. Everyone deserves a fair trial and she clearly saw that “the good guys triumph” would make her book more marketable and she did all she could to bring about that result

So, in essence they would be donating stolen money to a charity. What charity really wants stolen money? The proceeds need to be given to the lady from the BBC, who was the victim of theft.
Pulled the plug on the audiobook? I thought they pulled the plug on the written book, it wasn't clarified about just the audiobook in gis original apology when he foubd out. I appreciate that he immediately addressed it publicly and this interview going ibto detail about his initial reaction and the remaining books at Amazon. Making that stand up admission raised my opinion of him. Great interview!
