I grew up in NYC and cannot remember a time when I did not have a strong, visceral hatred for the Trumps. I thank David for articulating what I felt intuitively. More Americans need to be exposed to the life and times of Donald Trump, and this book is a fine starting point. Many will cry, "Fake news," but for others Johnston's portrayal of this human scum will sink in. The Democrats, too, need to listen to DCJ. Is Joe Biden the best they can muster?

David Cay Johnston states repeatedly that he only writes about what can be found in public records about Trump, which is why Trump has never sued him and Johnston has no fear of being sued. Fake news? Nope, unless public records are fake news. On to Joe Biden. Terrible choice. Biden, Pelosi, Feinstein and the whole geriatric club need to retire. Yes, even Bernie sad to say. The Democrats need to push hard for strong progressive candidates who will safeguard the environment and keep the needs of the 99% in the forefront.

Congress is both houses of the legislature: consisting of senators (members from the Senate, the upper house) and representatives (members of the House of Representatives, the lower house). Germany passed a law in 2009 declaring everyone who lives in Germany must have insurance, they don't care how you get it, and you must be covered by an insurance company that is on the list of German companies who are allowed to cover you ie: no expat insurance. You have to buy it from an insurance company if you are a freelancer or an independent business owner, orif you are employed at a company, you pay 50% through payroll deduction where your employer pays the other 50%. That's not universal health care. The NHS in GB is a universal one payer system and Health and Welfare Canada run the Canadian universal one payer system that is funded by taxes from different sources.

Healthcare is a given in many advanced countries.
