Thank you for sharing this Madz. In all honesty, I’m in a very similar position as you were. I’m 4 years into Webflow but still don’t have a clue of how to develop my business. I’m trying new things. Hopefully something will click! 😊
Great video Maddie, this has spoken directly to me as well with focussing too much on product / service features rather than just coming up with a killer offer for the client. One of the things I struggle with is I want to focus on building the best, most bespoke client sites I can, but often this means it's less profitable. I don't like using Relume because it degrades my skills, but it's definitely way more profitable. There's a priority conflict here and one i'm still figuring out.
I feel that struggle! And I'm the same as you, preferring to build pretty custom and tailored sites for my clients. I mainly use Relume to build the bones of my site & to create a clear system. But then I customize pretty heavily on top of that which allows me to land somewhere in the middle to balance speed & customizations. If raising your prices isn't feeling right, then I'd be curious where you can make some repeatable systems in your biz to help with profitability. Good luck!
Very helpful video, love the insights. I am currently restructuring and in the same place as you were, migrating my skills from Wordpress to another platform. You totally convinced me to give Webflow a try! Thanks a lot :)
Loved so much of this video and can relate. Been on a very similar journey myself. Thank you for sharing, and being open and honest about your journey. It's nice to know we're not alone in this, and that everyone has their own struggles in business from time to time. :) x
Ohh - thank you so so much for sharing so openly. I can totally relate, it's a process to figure everything out - again and again. Cheers from Zurich!!

Thanks for sharing this is very helpful for all of us that tend to work on these things alone. Appreciate it.
