I want to tell you a few fun facts if you are interested.
1. You remember Ram's brother, Bharat who became the king. So when Hanuman ji was traveling back carrying the mountain, he was seen by Bharat ji and he helped him reach Lanka faster as he has to travel from North of India to extreme South. He shot an arrow towards lanka direction and Hanuman ji sits on it to get a little rest and travel faster.
2. About Ravan you only know his evil behaviour in this movie but actually Ravan was very intelligent person but he was an egoist and not kind towards other. But he was ahuge devotee of god Shiva (the destroyer) and one day after getting impressed with Ravan's devotion he blessed him with his weapon and Shivling (which you saw in Bahubali 1.. which Siva put under waterfall so his mother doesn't have to pick bucket of water).
3. Reason Ram was not able to kill Ravan was that he has immorality nectar in his naval (which he got due to the efforts by his wife Mandodari and his brother Vibhishan, who was helping Ram later on in movie). It was in his naval as they only have few drops and have to use only that so Vibhishan told that all the veins are connected to naval so putting nectar there will help him all over.
4. In the last fight, vibhishan told ram ji ravan's secret and that's why they were able to win. SO YEAH VIBHISHAN IS THE REAL MVP OF THIS BATTLE 😂

So Ramayan is very vast masterpiece And it will be difficult to include everything AND if you want to watch detailed version you can watch Ramayan TV show by Ramanand Sagar ji. It is about 80 episode and available in RUclips or you can read book about Ramayan it would have better explantion of things. But best is TV show Ramayan, it is the most accurate representation of Ramayan.

9:46 They missed a major event. Angad went to Ravan's court and declared that if anyone was strong enough to move his foot off the ground. They'd accept defeat. No one in the court, even the strongest demons could not do it. When Ravan himself came he refused saying that he should be touching Lord Ram's feet not his.
And one more thing Lord Hanuman here is shown way less powerful here than in the books. Coz according to books he was so powerful and skilled that no warrior or god or demon could ever even land a hit on him.

In fact a mountain which is alien to the mountains of Sri Lanka (present day); which was Ravans Lanka, is still present there till date with the herbs mentioned in Ramayan ! and it is only one mountain in the entire Lanka that is distinct to the local mountains and landscape, in fact a scientific Research revealed that the trees, herbs and the soil of that mountain resembles to that of Himalaya, this is one of many living proofs of Ramayan😊
Ramayana ( Sri Rama Avatar is the 7th Avatar of Mahavishnu) happened in the Treta Yuga (The 2nd age). Even though there are good and evil they have respect and certain code of conduct and rules even in the worst conditions that is war. Words hold much more value in the higher ages, so a promise had very high value than today's legal documents.
The breach of major war rules happened in the 3rd age called Dwaparyuga (Mahavishnu took his 8th avatar Sri Krishna in this age) in the battle of kurukshetra. Currently we are in the 4th age called Kaliyuga, the darkest age among the 4.
According to Vedas in the Yuga cycle (Time is cyclical in Hinduism) the ages see a gradual decline of dharma, wisdom, knowledge, intellectual capability, life span, emotional and physical strength.
Satya Yuga (1st age) - Virtue reigns supreme. Average human stature was 21 cubits (33 ft 6 inches). Average human lifespan was 100,000 years.
Treta Yuga (2nd Age) - There was 3 quarter virtue and 1 quarter sin. Average human stature was 14 cubits (22 ft 4 inches). Average human lifespan was 10,000 years.
Dwapara Yuga (3rd) - There was 1 half virtue and 1 half sin. Normal human stature was 7 cubits (11 ft 2 inches). The average human lifespan was 1,000 years.
Kali Yuga (4th) - There is 1 quarter virtue and 3 quarter sin. Normal human stature is 3.5 cubits (5 ft 3 inches). The average human lifespan will be 100 years.
In the present days we are said to live in a Kali Yuga, which is said to have started in 3102 BCE with the end of the Mahabharata (Dwaparyuga). This date is also considered by many Hindus to be the day that Lord Krishna left Earth and went to abode.

Yeah you're right. This is just a very very small portion of massive RAMAYANA. Every character and small actions that makes you ask question 'why?' has a different story. Also there's another cartoon movie named HANUMAN (2005) gives you a little more insights on Lord Hanuman. I will definitely recommend this movie to you guys to watch.

During their exile Lord Ram once killed 14,000 powerful demons single handedly without anyone's help ... But that part was not in the movie , but it's still one of the best Ramayan movies ever made ❤

This movie was made using all versions of Ramayana. In original Valmiki Ramayana, there is no mention of floating rocks. They made a proper bridge.

Ramayana is India's history. Its not myth. Even the locations mentioned in the epic exist like Adam's bridge in between India and Sri Lanka. We worship Lord Ram and Lord Hanuman, not only the Sanatani aka Hindu, but other religions too give respect to them. Lord Hanuman still exists in our world as told by our sages and many people have experienced his presence and blessings. We recite Hanuman Chalisa( the 40 sentences prayer to Lord Hanuman) to seek his blessings and also because only Lord Hanuman(the ultimate devotee of Lord Ram) can lead us to Lord Ram (the ultimate soul or higher consciousness).
It can be difficult to understand this ideology but this is one of the belief systems that exists in India. Jai Shri Ram. Jai Hanuman.

'Ram Setu' (Ram's Bridge) is a bridge that connected India to Sri Lanka. But a cyclone broke some part of it. And the stones of the bridge actually floats. I have visited the place(Rameswaram) and witnessed it myself.

That bridge is called 'Ramsetu' and it's still there. Please see the documentation on the bridge construction. Funny meme is that without engineers they built a bridge that withstands thousand years, but civil engineers like me were building that may vanish within 100 years.

the guy you thought would be made quick work of, is meghnath, also known as Indrajit (The one who defeated indra) and is the most skillful warrior in all of ramayana. Kumbhakarna, was brother of Ravan, so the Vibhishana and Meenakshi (Surpnakha), they all got some boons in their childhood after a lot of Worshipping to God Brahma *the creator). Kumbhakarna wanted to ask for 'Indrasana' (The throne of the king of gods/ incharge of heaven) but due to request of gods ' Godess Saraswati (goddess of wisdom) sat on his tongue and he missspelled (N'indrasana ) sleep. But when he started crying after that, it was modified that he will sleep for 6 months and wake up for 6 months straight.
