Quite the opposite, it is some what calming and hypnotizing at the same time.
Agreed, I tend to like the longer videos when it comes to watching artists paint. It's mesmerizing.

Bonjour David, j aime bien tes ouvrages d art, je les trouve tres interressente a reguarder. J utillise aussi Krita, sa serais bien si tu pouvais faire des videos sur les differente fonctions et facon d utilliser Krita en temps reel. Merci!

Déja quand j'ai vu la miniature de krita , j'ai vraiment pensé : C'est trop choupi c'est génial comme dessin !
Après je vais sur ton site pour avoir de nouveaux brush géniaux et je tombe sur pepper and carrot !
Une grande BD, vraiment, un scénario choupis et mis en avant tout en laissant l'humour au premier plan ! Ta BD fait vraiment chaud au coeur !

Hi David - Thank you for this - I love Pepper&Carrot - I read them each night to relax! I would love to be able to use Krita more - I use ProCreate mostly and it's difficult to move over to another platform now. If you ever have time in your busy schedule I'd really appreciate any tutorials from you

Pourquoi je pense toujours à Little Witch Academia
Anime, sorcières, et humour. Pepper&Carrot est dans un registre pas trop éloigné, c'est donc tout naturel. Le kickstarter des studio Trigger à commencer en 2013, mais j'ai eu echo de leur travail que vers 2015 alors que Pepper&Carrot avait déjà un an (j'ai crée la série en Mai 2014). La poisse quand j'ai connu l'éxistance de ce projet! Avoir pour le même type d'audience une équipe de dessinateurs ayant bossé sur Evangélion avec les moyens d'un studio Japonais, ça m'a miné! (et encore plus quand après le Kickstarter, ils ont eu des financements pour la série Netflix). J'ai alors cherché à tout prix à me différencié juste au premier concours de potion; pas de thème d'école/salle de cours (pour aussi m'écarter d'Harry Potter), un design de Pepper éloigné d'Atsuko qui est sans doute 100x plus efficace. Une variété de lieux et un ton un peu plus décalé et pas trop "humour kawai". Oh, et plus de variété ethnique car LWA c'est assez nivelé sur ce point. Bref, c'est toujours dur dur de penser au succès de LWA avec mon petit bureau , mon utilisation 100% open-source et tous les crash/bug reports, mon ordi qui a 10 ans, et ma connection ADSL perdu dans la campagne Montalbanaise. Mais je comprends facilement le raprochement. C'est tout naturel. (aussi, 'Atelier of witch hat' arrive en manga dans la même thématique et fait un carton). Ca me fait en tout cas une tripple motivation pour essayer de me différencier dans l'univers de Pepper&Carrot.
