i start by buying 3 health potions and a long sword
i dont do a jungle camp anymore because of the early game nerfs to tp i dont think its worth it anymore + you dont get
lvl 2 off from it anymore
ill rush youmuus ghostblade because of the low cost it has if you look at the rest of the items you realize how cheap
it is compared to the rest and the 10% cdr is nice
2nd item death dance its a really good item gives you aoe heal from your abilities that deals dmg and it also gives you
another 10% cdr
and after that you will be getting hydra because of the aoe heal it can provide synergises really well with death dance
after that get qss or bt depending if you need to remove a hard cc or you want that crazy lifesteal
get maw if youre against double ap comp or more or dealing with a insanely fed apc
if youre against a tank try to get last whisper around the time when he finishes his first item
i wouldnt recommend trinity force because of the cost of the item it is way too expensive pls dont tell me its good
i dont think its good whatsoever as of right now
titanic hydra is not good enough is said

Youmuus 10% cdr
death dance 10% cdr
Lucidity boots 10% cdr
= 40% cdr

Hey I play on NA server and I just started playing riven today but I got really interested in her quickly I just want to ask what suggest for runes I have 5% CDR 4magic resist 9armour and then 12 armour penetration;)
Do you plan on doing a video about Riven build in the same way that Redmercy did for Yasuo and Zed?

Riven Feed, I want to become a better Riven player and although I have her mechanics "mastered" I still feel like I can improve. I can't kill people in under a second like I've seen in your montage, so could you do a video that teaches people how to combo effectively? I personally can do the whole Q, AA, Q, AA, Q, into W, but I don't seem to have the whole E + R Q, AA, Q, W, Q, Hydra, AA or whatever down pat. Also do you recommend just using wind slash asap or try and save for an execute? Thanks for the help. I really wanna climb to Gold or higher in Season 6 I'm sick of fighting wards in lane.
+Codeth1991 you would be suprised but mechanics isnt everything best way to improve is to play a lot of riven and a lot of games and also never play when youre tilted or flame and save windslash for execute max dmg is at 25% hp and below from windslash its a good burst ability there are videos of combos on riven not sure why i should make one as well :D unless you really want to see a video of me doing combos

I bought riven today and I played 2 games and It felt kinda bad coz I didn't have enough damage early and I died very easily? Are you sure that going full damage is good anymore?
+Maximprogaming full damage every game riven scales really well with dmg if you have a few dmg items and you want tank items randuins and steraks gage is good spirit visage or maw is good for mr

Yummos, Hydra, Black Leaver, CDR Boots, Qss and Hextrinker? U dont need cdr in Runes... And u got tons of armor pentration
+Box Box i dont like that personally takes way too long to get any cdr at all if you have 0% cdr lvl 1

It only penetrates bonus armor. Black cleaver > LW by far
+Vyshus I'll have to get it a try, I mean on paper it looks like 40% bonus vs 30% overall, given that's correct I can assume that if the person has 100 armor that black cleaver would do 30 armor pen and the LW 28, but LW isn't a full item. Imo, that's like comparing apples to oranges, now if we look at Dominik's Regards vs Black Cleaver we look at the core stats first. 300 Health, 55 atk damage, 20% cooldown (Black Clever) 40 atk damage (Dominik's Regards) looking at that I would say hands down BC is better, but if we look at the passives, UNIQUE: Dealing physical damage to an enemy champion Cleaves them, reducing their armor by 5% for 6 seconds, stacking up to 6 times for a maximum of 30% + UNIQUE - RAGE: Dealing physical damage grants 20 movement speed for 2 seconds. Assists on Cleaved enemy champions or kills on any unit grant 60 movement speed for 2 seconds instead. This movement speed bonus is halved for ranged champions (BC) then you have UNIQUE - GIANT SLAYER: Grants up to +15% physical damage against enemy champions with greater maximum Health than you (+1.5% damage per 50 Health difference, maxing at 500 Health difference) + UNIQUE - LAST WHISPER: +40% Bonus Armor Penetration (DR). As an all in Champion such as Riven I have to say that hands down Dominik's Regards is better than Black Clever because I personally don't want to stack 6 stacks before I burst. If I needed that tankiness I would go BC, but with Death's dance and Runic Armor I'm going to have to give this debate to Lord Dominik's Regards, but that's just my opinion.

Actually BC gives you more burst against squishies as LW.
+Vyshus Could you please back up your claim rather than saying the same thing over and over, I feel like you're saying Red is an awesome color because it's red... I merely want to understand why you feel the way that you do. Also it's LDR vs BC because LW is a tier 2 item not a tier 3...

Are flat cdr runes that important? Im used to go with 6 flat glyphs and 3 per lvl for the 10%, so my quints are 100% AD and i get better trades ... So, would you recommend my setup or not ?

Riven Feed Last thing for now, what are your opinion on the slightly changes to black cleaver ? Since it has become so expensive, I plan on giving up on it ... I'd build hydra > cdr boots > Death's dance > situational
Basically Idk what to do with youmuu's and BC, and don't find the right time for hydra ...
+TNTeam MC i honestly dont know if you should still get black cleaver they increased the price by 500g and buffed the ad by 15 and removed 100 hp BUT they made the buildpath much more riven friendly so honestly i can still see the item work well for you and also youmuus ghostblade is really op right now its one of the cheapest items as of right now i build hydra after Youmuus > cdr boots > death dance > Hydra
