We need more conversations like this. JP did a great job. Would love to see more like this from y’all.

JP thank you for representing the sport of Christ in this conversation. It was apparent through your listening , time to understand and masterful word choice that you were guided by the Holy Spirt . You truly are like a pointer finger to Christ and I appreciate you for that .

This is one of the podcasts I have ever listened to…
Please do more discussions like this…
Or start another podcast were you talk to people who disagree on some sort of topic.

I really enjoyed this podcast and the conversation. I think it was apparent JP was more interested in listening than Tim was.

To be quite frank, I don't like this founder of The New Evangelicals. I have listened to multiple guest speakers of this podcast and he is my least fav. I don't think I want to go to his church (like never) for the following reasons: 1. he seems to be bigoted and very opinionated - in a way that is quite biased, close-minded, and Intolerant. 2. he criticized Mark (I don't know who that is) for his mega church and shared his opinion on church system. well it is so easy to blame and criticize things, rather than help/build/change things yourself. I could spend all days just talking about negative things about my church/other churches, or I would well spend my time focusing on being the person God wants me to be, or what God wants me to do to, what actions can be taken to change people/the world by little steps. The same way he recently publicly disagreed with JP. I am not saying you should not disagree when you have a different opinion. But he just seems like a 3 year-old child who wants attention by showing that he has a different view from anyone else - or a teen who has a tendency to start a fight just to show how cool/different he is. It looks very childish and immature to me. I would not imagine Francis Chan/Timothy Keller/John Piper do that. They definitely disagree often, but they gave me the vibe of their maturity, patience, readiness to listen and learn, agreeable to disagree. Good job on JP to stand up and explain to address those differences and concerns. For those of you who read my comments and disagree, I will respect our differences.

Thank GOD for you, JP. Oh for grace to be a friendly debater
GOD, please come back soon and defend Your cause. It's so sad to see what the enemy is doing in the name of Christianity. Forgive us and please come back and defend Your cause. Please GOD, please keep me from bitterness. Please.
