Came across this after the recipe I tried before was too watery. This was so much better, even without the wine and with package shredded cheese instead of fresh. I paired it with linguine and it was absolutely delicious!! The hardest part was eating it in moderation.

@@clarkymedia uh-oh - take you a notch down on your Chef cred with that question :) Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I put a little too much in the pan when frying the breasts.
