- In this short shoulders and arms class, we do should press, front and lateral arm raises, hammer curls for biceps and triceps press for the triceps. We do 4 sets of 10 (with the front and lateral raises counting as two). We don’t build rest into this - so if you want to add some rest, just pause the vid and rest for 45-90 sec depending on what you need. Hope you enjoy.
