Good advice! In the USA we have a famous saying, popularized in the mid 1800’s “If at first you don’t succeed, try, try, again”. I probably learned it watching cartoons on television every Saturday morning as a child. Anyhow, I really liked your choice of cooking music and your cooking class was most enjoyable. Thank you.

Cool apple & cinnamon filling too, making them into like a kind of pastry. I used to have toast with cinnamon & sugar baked in the oven when I was young. Only have a small cast iron skillet now, I don't use non-stick pans because they can outgas fluorine if they overheat and that could be bad for my birds as their lungs are small (while in humans it can also be bad, but not as immediately harmful as for small birds.) Probably won't use the recipe for a while myself, though now I'd like to buy apple fritters next time I go to a store with a bakery.

Fact is, though, that when Russia cannot export oil and gas, and is furthermore under sanctions, its economic basis will erode. Therefore the Ukrainian strategy of destroying Russian oil refimeries is wise. Russia may have the oil and gas on its territory, but cannot extract, process and possibly also transport it. Putin's plan may have been to sell to China or India ... but no export, no income, new technology under sanctions. Problems with domestic transport (problem with Russia's vast territory). Furthermore, Western F16's will fly from this summer. They could even spread crop diseases over large territories - "kill" the potatoes, and Russians would die in scores.Just like American bombers en route to West Berlin, routinely dropped cropeating beetles over East Germany during the Cold War. Imagine what these fighterjets they can do to infrastructure - roads, railways, airports, power plants, harvests spoiled ...
