90s teen here.. KI was my #1 absolute favorite fighting arcade besides MK & Soul Calibur. I’d spend easily 2-3 hrs playing KI when it came out.. I’d definitely love to get one of these cabinets for the house. Lol
That cab is sweet looking, love the coin option chrome speakers didn't realize how nice this was it gotta alot negative press I thought great to hear about the emulation great review oh and love that vader
Dude that is a nice cabinet and if you think the price was good hey that's cool. I've never been really good at these fighting type games. lol But I respect them for what they are. I've always been a huge Mortal Kombat fan since the beginning. But never been super good at it. And hey we both have the 2019 Arcade1up Atari stand up Star Wars! Code Mystics nailed the emulation perfectly on that cabinet as well! Which is mainly why I'll never mod it as I've done with my other Arcade1up cabinets.
I’ll definitely admit it’s slightly over priced. $800 would have been the sweet spot price wise. However, I had the disposable income & couldn’t pass this limited edition version up! Glad I didn’t because it’s probably my favorite out of the bunch. Thanks for watching👾
Wow, nice review. I am serious thinking about getting this one. Seems it’s the closest you can get to the real thing. Does the cab wobble at all? Hey, would be awesome if you made another video with you playing it with the sound cranked up!
Mine doesn’t wobble, but I also have ur sandwiched between other cabs & on carpet. It’s wider than most 1up cabinets & heavier, so it has less on a tendency to move around while playing.
It’s available exclusively on Arcade1up’s website. I have no clue what the resell price tbh. SF XL was leaked a couple years ago, then it disappeared & became the new dynamo cab after the pro series line under performed in sales.
@@halfadozen6 Right on! Those stock controls were the first to go, and I went in and replaced the buttons and sticks before anything else. If I remember correctly I momentarily left the job half done, just to see the difference between player 1 and 2, and those ultimates are... hoo boy. I was on the fence about the marquee, but never ended up pulling the trigger. The logos wouldn't be accurate to this edition of KI, anyway... I may add a woofer to it some day. Did you add one? If so, is it worth it? I do like that the speakers are more beefy in this cab, and I agree that more bass couldn't hurt.
Oh wow you got one!
Hell yea, I love this cabinet🤙
Greatest fighting game ever
Definitely one of them!
I gotta bite the bullet and get KI PRO SERIES 🔥🔥🔥
Plan to replace the joysticks. But after that, I’m pretty sure you’ll be satisfied with the results!

Yea I love this cab, I’ll likely never part with it!
A fine machine. I still have my standard edition boxed up and waiting for more room to place somewhere. The soundtrack is one of Rare’s best.
One of the most intense gaming soundtracks ever🦾
Good Review!
Thanks for watching🤙

You are correct! I forgot about Golden Tee 3D XL too🤷🏻♂️

I've been fighting fomo for this cab for over a year now and you're not helping bro lol.
My bad😂I actually really like this cabinet. It has a couple issues, but I think they’re fixable. Just look at that cabinet👀
Looks great man! Enjoyed the review 👍

How did you get a KI Pro, brother? What is the resell price?
Arcade1up should have done an SF2 and MK Pro as well!

I've been saying this since FOREVERHECK Street fighter should have the first
Well for 1000 ?????? Dollars thete shpuld be more
Like a built in spellcheck perhaps?🤔
when are they cutting prices? id pay $500.....half of what they think they can get lol
You’d be lucky to score a 3/4 scale version for that price now.
Grats on the Pro cab. Whats your number? Mine is 301!
343‼️
