Hi Mike good to hear from you again, I thought like you I was getting less Aura's only to find I was having some in my sleep....... which I wouldn't have known about if I hadn't woken up for the bathroom.......... there are so many trigger factors for our particular migraine and try as we might if you find one factor, they will be many more lurking in the background., I believe we are extremely hypersensitive and our brain has to take on so much with anxiety etc maybe the aura is a way of releasing stress and tension from our brain so we don't overload........... Take care and try not to worry too much, there are so many people experiencing this we are not alone...... 😂

You have great points! Yes, I agree with the hypersensitivity, stress and anxiety. I have woken up in the middle of the night before with one in progress. Mostly though they happen when I’m overloaded with stress i believe. I hope all is going well!

Bbq chips for sure! Check the ingredients! Could be a major trigger. Most of our food is poison. I think the longest I’ve ever went without one was around 10-11 months, I’m on a good streak now (knock on wood) going on about the same amount of time. But I think my symptoms have changed up a bit sometimes I think I’m getting the neurological symptoms without the aura now.

100% about our food being poison. I’m glad you’ve been free of them!! So many ingredients are banned in other countries but OK in the U.S. What other neurological systems? I was getting some weird facial tingling yesterday.. and I’m like 🤔 lol.
