Hey Paul, build came out sick, one thing with fusion software the sync mode like you had it is pretty limited but if you click on the motherboard icon you can take it out of sync mode and there are a lot more effects and options for the addressable headers and other parts especially other aorus parts have more effects available. You’ll need to do each lighting part individually to match similarly and save a profile similar to icue and you can have multiple saved by adding another profile and change between them pretty easily. Its not very intuitive but not as basic as it seemed. Would love to see a revisit in the next part and see what you can do with the aorus lighting software.

I`m using Fractal cases since 2018 and I`ve never been happier with them - running the Meshify S2 right now. The daisy chain RGB is so damn awesome, I`m using their Prisma 140 fans as well and I managed to get 6 of them + 2 strips hooked up to the same ARGB header working just fine. The build looks great at the end yeah, but with that level of hardware is hard to make it look bad lol
I did something similar back in May. Ended up with a whole 6800XT PC (my Sapphire Nitro+ SE being £1200 at the time) for the same as a similarly premium model 3080 (those being up to £2400) End build ended up a couple hundred more, as I went ham with the storage, but keeping it more in line with a base build in that respect would've been a price match. Sure, I paid over MSRP for the GPU but actually managed to save back almost £300 with good deals on the rest of the parts, all premium nonetheless... and that went on better peripherals. As an aside, at that time similarly premium 6900XT's were £1500-1600, 6800's (still hard to find btw) were £1000-1100, while 3090's were 3-4K and 3070's started at £1300... And we're talking tiers of similarly performing, blow trading cards here (the still minimally supported advantage of better RT and DLSS for the Nvidia cards aside) Speaking of which, the 3080 would've been even more a disappointment than the cost alone. I've seen them already max out that measly 10Gb VRAM in games at 3440x1440 where DLSS doesn't apply while the 6800XT still holds a VRAM overhead. I wasn't sure what tf Nvidia were thinking back then but of course it's all become clear lately. It's not good but who cares?... that's the Nvidia hype train for you.
With the three cables, I used a couple extra cable combs and attached them to two sets of cables from one plug and two set from the one next to it to keep them aligned with one another. Worked like a charm!
6:30 not seeing a Display port or HDMI. As for Fractal not shipping anything with "issues" they certainly did send me a case with "issues" and didn't do anything about it.
Hi Paul - First video of yours I've caught and I have to say, that is a fantastic looking build! Very clean and really shows off the components nicely. Good job, sir!
Would you say that using a dual 180mm radiator and a 420mm radiator with the stock fans be a good idea? Or would replacing all the fans with higher static pressure be the go to move? With that I’d also make it another 420mm radiator rather than the dual 180mm
GORGEOUS PC! And a very well done and entertaining video. Would take it over a (currently terribly priced) RTX 3090 any day! Best of luck to everybody and thank you Paul!
Amazing build. Good job Paul. Considering how unlucky i am, how life is treating me so far. I could only dream of such a build, i am drooling for something like this. Covid took my Grandma away from me before her time & my mom is still fighting a cancer battle, doc said she has a real chance of making it. My dog got hit by a car infront of my eyes a couple of months back. Poor thing did not make it. My GF broke up with me, turns out she was a gold digger, trying to get to my house's mortgage. Gaming and having fun playing with friends online is my only respite nowadays. Sadly im broke for the forseeable future, so im stuck with a 10 y. Old PC. Its got a GTX 650ti Honest to god, i am not guilt tripping. Its just my shitteh IRL story.... I need something like this in my life. Been having a blast playing Genshin Impact (F2P) and Warframe. Good luck and god speed to everyone, who participate on the giveaway.
Ohh I just got all nostalgic remembering way back when that was the price of most computers featured in gaming magazines! Still hadn't watched the full video, but good luck to everyone!
Glad to see that Fractal is getting away from their usual square shape box. The build looks great!! The real question is do Hana and Hiro give it their seal of approval 👍
What I would change about your build are the way the fans blow. The one at the back that you call "exhaust fan", I'd have blowing air INTO the case! The front fans, change them to PUSH air out of the case! Having the front fans inside the case pushing air out through the radiator. You don't want hot air from the radiator blown into your case, you want all that heat to get OUT of the case! Added benefit is that you also get the pretty LED lighting from your front fans into you case instead of on the outside.
I'll bet that felt really awesome to just be able to Build a PC again! That Looks awesome by that way! Can't wait for the Follow Up and the Give away detail! Cheers Paul! 🍻👍😎
The cable management might be a B-, but this video is an A+... The fans might be positioned wrong - but I'm a huge fan... - thanks for another great video Paul!
For the RGB Fusion "problems" i have a good solution: Signal RGB! It`s a free software that manages to adress most RGB components in a computer/periverals and has for example good support for Gigabyte and Corsair products. I have a Gigabyte B550 board with Fractal fans aswell and Signal RGB works like a charm for me
Hey Paul! Nice clean job! But you oriented the pump incorrectly. The hoses are supposed to be oriented at the bottom (not at the top) for the cpu cooler, and the actual pump hoses for the CPU is suppose to be also oriented at the bottom so the pump doesn't overwork itself and possibly transferring air bubbles. This is why the pump can make odd noises or go bad.
How does the 6900xt compare to the 3080 now they have been out for a while. Im leaning that way versus the 3080… also would this card fit the 011 dynamic, my core mag 360 is side mounted.

Maybe I missed it in the video but how do I enter the giveaway? And what is the performance difference between the 3090 and 6900xt.
Love it... Paul... thank you... love the build, love the part list... but the best one of all...love the builder... be blessed brother!
Nice high-end build today! Coincidently, I stuck a 2TB Sabrent Rocket4 Plus in my PS5 last week. It's a beast!
Nice build Paul. Thanks for the sponsors!
With the three cables, I used a couple extra cable combs and attached them to two sets of cables from one plug and two set from the one next to it to keep them aligned with one another. Worked like a charm!
Paul, thank you for your support of the gaming community! I give you an A+!
I loved the part when Paul take about the plastic from the side panel!
I want that case! Been waiting for Fractal to re-release it!
oh dude that build is legit! awesome that you will give it away Paul! it looks great and powerfull!
Would you say that using a dual 180mm radiator and a 420mm radiator with the stock fans be a good idea? Or would replacing all the fans with higher static pressure be the go to move? With that I’d also make it another 420mm radiator rather than the dual 180mm
That red devil is so cool🤩 Insane build
Old PC. Its got a GTX 650ti
Honest to god, i am not guilt tripping.
Awesome build. Whoever provides a home for it will be rockin and rollin for sure
Hello! one small question if u please to answer! do you have coil whine sound coming from gpu? thank you very much!🙏
The title of the video is crazy. Crazier that its even possible to have a such a great build for the cost of a single component.
Slightly happy to see GPU prices coming down, slowly but surely :)
That is one sweet sweet build.
Sweet setup! Thanks for another opportunity to win some new equipment!
Hello, is it better to use three PCI-E separated 8pin cables? Or use one with 8+8pin and one single 8pin? Thanks
Glad to see that Fractal is getting away from their usual square shape box. The build looks great!! The real question is do Hana and Hiro
give it their seal of approval 👍
What I would change about your build are the way the fans blow. The one at the back that you call "exhaust fan", I'd have blowing air INTO the case! The front fans, change them to PUSH air out of the case! Having the front fans inside the case pushing air out through the radiator. You don't want hot air from the radiator blown into your case, you want all that heat to get OUT of the case! Added benefit is that you also get the pretty LED lighting from your front fans into you case instead of on the outside.
Man do I wish this is my birthday present, so nice
I'll bet that felt really awesome to just be able to Build a PC again! That Looks awesome by that way! Can't wait for the Follow Up and the Give away detail! Cheers Paul! 🍻👍😎
and in that case. damn it's noice.
The cable management might be a B-, but this video is an A+... The fans might be positioned wrong - but I'm a huge fan... - thanks for another great video Paul!
man, that is looking so good! well done Paul, well done.
For the RGB Fusion "problems" i have a good solution: Signal RGB! It`s a free software that manages to adress most RGB components in a computer/periverals and has for example good support for Gigabyte and Corsair products.
I have a Gigabyte B550 board with Fractal fans aswell and Signal RGB works like a charm for me
Aww yeah, a classic Paul's hardware video, love it! They're all good but these are my favourite of the bunch
Paul you never did a test of everything before you put it in this time........still very nice...thanks!
How does the 6900xt compare to the 3080 now they have been out for a while. Im leaning that way versus the 3080… also would this card fit the 011 dynamic, my core mag 360 is side mounted.
