Easy wee job. Currently doing a full suspension rebuild on an e61 project. Rear only needs shocks which are in their way (MEYLE). Entire rear PU conversion and Dunlop air springs. OEM arms on the front with PU anti roll. Don't want the steering too stiff for the road. Been quite an enjoyable project but some of those bushes were hard work
@@TheBimmerFixer first I've used them, trying their rear shocks out first before changing the fronts over. Hopefully the rears arrive this week and I'll update you in a couple of weeks 👍
@Lawrence Lines Thank you!! It handles much better than expected especially in the bends and corners 😃 I really wasn't expecting that much of an improvement. Thanks again for the feedback 👍🏻
Hi Austin. Enjoying the videos (just subscribed), they are very clear and straight-forward. I wanted to ask you how I can check the diameter of my front/rear bushes using the VIN. Thanks
@firstlast4874 Hi there, thank you for subscribing I really appreciate it! If you go to real oem . Com / bmw you can put your vin in there and that will show you your car specifications. Hope that helps 👍🏻
@Empuraan Yeah you sure can, just be aware that the Msport are a slightly different size than the SE and they would be different if you have active steering too.
@Ash K They are about £20. The SE are slightly different. The roll bar diameter on the SE is 24.6mm the Msport is slightly bigger 25.5mm but the pirce is almost the same. It would also be different if you have active steering. Hope that helps.
Always look forward to the videos you post. Keep it up 👍
@Austin TM Thats amazing! Thank you so much I really appreciate it! 👍🏻
