Thank you .. This confirms exactly what I am feeling Shoulders Scapular plane and Traps Then the Transverse abdominal with Lower diaphragm and pelvic floor muscles
I have left shoulder pain, or more specifically pain b/w the neck and shoulder area - probably due to lugging a heavy backpack for a semester, suddenly starting a kettle bell workout, overly tight bra strap pressing on that area, AND an old scapula fracture which has resulted in weakness to that area. Inexplicably I also have left hip pain that started shortly after the shoulder pain, which my doctor had diagnosed as bursitis. It's not constant but flares when I walk too much, lean on it, etc. It's not sharp but just more of a dull pain/tightness. In general, I feel like my left leg has gotten just more awkward to move in general, less dynamic than my right leg. Could these two things somehow be connected?
Great information. I Have had hip pain for the last 2 years and I really think your onto something here. I just tried and my shoulders are very weak when doing circles. I’m gonna add this to my routine and check back in with you later and thank you very much for posting this video.
it's very insightful that my left arm wanted to quit WAY before my right! thank you!
you're welcome!
Definitely integrating this into my exercises! I didn’t realize how weak my shoulders are.
An important discovery!
so the only thing that changes with the circles are the way the hands are? the shoulders circle the same way?
Your forearms face the floor when you go forward and face the ceiling when you go backwards.
Thanks will try this everyday.
I have issues in both shoulder and hip on the left side. Must be connected.
Felt good right away. Appreciate it
Glad to hear it helped!
