If I was going to live on a boat full-time and I could afford it, something like this would be awesome.

I like the 3x3 option on this size boat. It would have been nice if you could have designed it to keep the height under 17'. As it is, it cuts out downtown Chicago and taking Lake Champlain to the St. Lawrence Seaway instead of going around using the Oswego Canal.

That 18" clearance at mile marker 300.6 on the Sanitary Ship Canal would make me nervous as hell 😅.

I love all your cats. I just wish you guys put bigger fuel tanks in the boats. I am on the fence about a 44. I really like the 54 but they are just out of my budget. I just wish they held twice the fuel . I am looking to island hop in the Caribbean but I don't want to have to fill up on every island or carry bladders on deck. Just seems like you built the 44 for a charter fleet and not extended cruising.

Stay tuned, we may have something coming that could help address that exact need 😎

Scratching my head with this one. They dropped 2', from their 44' to this 42', and gave up sooooo much with this change. I understand what he explained about who this 42' is for, but I personally think anyone considering this should find a way to get the 44' as it'll provide vastly more usability in the long run.

They are definitely both great vessels, regardless of whether you want the 42, 44, or something larger, we have a wide range of power catamarans for every boater. You can see the full model lineup here: bit.ly/3BmNLH3

List the features that you're considering,
that make the 44 ''vastly more useable...'' .

@@bikersoncall Go look at a walk through of a 44. The full beam master on a 44 would make it worthwhile alone.

@@aquilaboats No. On the dinette side, opposite the microwave. Seems like a day head could fit in there.

It's the steps going up to the flybridge. We didn't see it because the video had way too much editing and it wasn't fluid.
