I’ve seen a lot of boats and I can honestly say, this one is by far the nicest. I love how everything is laid out. You can really tell that a lot of thought was put into creating this fine yacht.

What is it to dislike about this video?...Thoroughly presented, fantastic shots of the cabins, well articulated and nice background music....my wife and I have been considering the Aquila 44 but this boat is way nicer and spacious....keep it up MarineMax! I hope you make another video about range, fuel capacity and what not.
Should have spent less time (or at least equal time) on party space and more on boat capability, engines, propulsion, water systems, range etc. Certainly it's beautiful but what can it actually DO. I don't care so much for eye candy .
@@mxh5647 I care and a lot for eye drops. After all, this is a pleasure "equipment", where you live with people who are partying or relaxing. The look of all things, the quality of the accommodation, comes first. Whether it will reach a thousand nautical miles with half a tank of fuel, in my view, is irrelevant. A little precaution and preparation for a trip is enough.

Excellent tour of a unique and special boat. A lot of original ideas (full beam master on a catamaran, steps directly down from the flybridge, original storage solution for the tinder, even the carbon fiber shower on the transom) make the Aquila 70 really stand out from the crowd.
Would love to see these boats with 5,000-7,000 nautical miles in range. One of the best layouts I've seen on any boat, even yachts that are double the size.
i think the ideal long range should be 3000NM at 10kts. Thats more obtainable b/c then you could probably do your 5000 but at around 5-6kts. i dont ever want to travel at 5 kts
I must say I use Princess yachts as the bar against which I measure all other motor yachts in the sub 100ft range for fit and finish. This is the first US boat in a long time that I have seen that is actually starting to get close. This is a really well done interior! Love all the wireless charge stations and it looks to have incredible head room.
Nice boat, well done video, looks natural and unrehearsed. The berthing suites are amazing as is the engine room. Lots of amazing features and most certainly a floating home or even castle.

These Poland built boats are masterful. Aerodynamic, quality interior, and great use of space. Not to mention, these boats can travel hundreds of miles on a full tank of gas. The life for me. Adventure, comfort, and relaxed evenings on the water, after a fresh shower and some cocktails.
Beautiful boat. One thing I'd like to see is the Main Electrical Panel, C-Zone Panel, and MFD relocated to the Laundry/Utility room so I wouldn't have to disturb my guests in the Aft Cabin. Well done Aquila!

This is really close to being THE most perfect boat I have seen so far,what a layout! Looks like I found the maker of my boat,but I want it wider and longer, with diesel electric power,regen engines, a ton of solar,and fridge storage, then I'm off.
Have you looked at the Silent-Yachts line? My taste runs to smaller cruising boats (like the Aquila 36) but the SY55 has literally UNLIMITED range as do the rest of them. Including the option for an autonomous kite-sail for when the wind is feeling cooperative.

Going transatlantic distances after the battery runs out and you are relying on pure solar energy it lasts 6 hours max at 7 knots on a sunny day. Then there is night, cloud cover etc. not logistical in the slightest, for the added cost you may as well use feul
@@sadenuttie2234 All of the SY Cats can be optioned with the kite sail which would help on any long hauls as long as the wind is from the stern to aft quarters. Even without the kite sail, they have gone trans-Atlantic in the past, yes, they use the generators but still with a lot less fuel burned than an equivalent pure diesel MY (for example a Fontaine-Pajot or Lagoon). That said, they _ARE_ designed more for island-hopping where you're transiting for a day or so and then anchored for a couple of days.

I was looking at another video with a nice boat that had the galley aft, as you might come aboard. I didn't have the heart to comment, lol, I would ask them to relocate it. Their thinking was of course thoughtful, but just looked like a huge mistake. The layout here is great.

Under 80 feet. Would not need a crew to manage this boat. Wife and our two boys could do this. Great video and walk-through.
I have always wondered how big of a boat a couple could manage.
