However much you water and use fertilizer, it never looks as healthy as the latter. This is simply because the roots have a limited space to stread and the Nurishment too is the same. The soles of our feet are like the roots of a tree.When you're not barefoot that natural process is obstructed. Our soles are designs to absorb things which are essential to lead a healthy lifestyle. However, use of footwear deprives this process. Apart from that there are a large number of Sensors / Nerve endings on the soles of our feet, which connects from head to toe. When we walk on Sand, Gravel and Tiny Stones /Pebbles,our entire body gets stimulated through these sensors. Once again Footwear deprives this natural process. So, go barefoot always for good health and happy feet and soles.
