    Great stuff Rob! So are you not able to do leg workouts for cardio stuff? All the plyometric jump stuff? Not only do you burn calories during but the after burn works great as well👌

    Really looking forward to following you on this one Rob! How do you plan to do this split over a week mate? 4 on 3 off, 5 on 2 off, etc?

      I'm training Mon back biceps, wed chest and shoulders, Friday legs and triceps fixed routines for 15 weeks. Then switch routines. Going to trainbevery Saturday too but do an off the cuff full body workout. This will end up extreme if it goes tgd same way as when I used to train with weights.
