Hi everyone! 🌿 Join me and my friends as we venture into the jungle to harvest fresh bamboo shoots. In this video, we start our journey with a delicious outdoor lunch on banana leaves, making sure to avoid the itchy bamboo skin.
Watch as we carefully harvest the bamboo shoots, take them back home, and go through the process of cleaning and preparing them. I’ll show you how I ferment and dry the bamboo shoots for future use.
