That solution is awesome! Do you think it would be possible to use counterweights for this level and use no hydraulics? I think you might have to cheat a little by having a tiny hydraulic unattached to the bridge to extend the hydraulic phases.
For doing "no hydraulic" on these levels I'd suggest you still place a hydraulic somewhere (connected to nothing) just to make the hydraulic phase last long enough. With that said, I'm sure you can achieve no hydraulics on this level. All you need is rotation around one point and a lot of parallel movement.

Hey I managed to complete this campaign. Im glad I saw your video because I loved the challenge. The rotate a bridge was tough as was the bridge climber crawler. Are you gonna attempt those levels?
Could you just make it so when they get the check point, the road folds up into a bucket and pulls the bundle of cars through all the finishes so you don’t have to change positions as they will touch all of them
